My Fav Chinese dessert Place👍 Brought my parents and friends here a few times and everyone loves it. My personal fav is the black sesame shaved ice. You will be shocked at how strong the black sesame flavour is. The toppings are also perfect. Their viral pistachio paste is also as good as it looks. Nutty and creamy and hearty. Special shoutout to the red bean paste. It’s not something I will usually order bcuz its quite ‘basic’. My parents got it and I’m pleasantly surprised! Very natural, fragrant paste with hints of orange peel dried citrus peel that entirely elevates the dish Love love love this shop!! And theres free water too hhehehjee

Yuen Yeung at Maxwell is such a great find for dessert lovers! 🍧💛 The Durian Coconut Ice was SO good — creamy, fragrant durian paired with refreshing coconut, making every bite super satisfying. 🥥💛 I also tried the Brown Sugar Boba Thai Milk Tea Shaved Ice, which was another favourite! The rich Thai milk tea flavour, chewy brown sugar boba and refreshing shaved ice came together really well. 🧋🍧 Both desserts were delicious and perfect when you’re craving something cold, sweet and indulgent. 🤤✨ Definitely a dessert spot worth checking out, especially if you’re a durian or shaved ice lover! 🩷

This dessert place is very popular and usually quite crowded. We went there around 8pm and still had to queue for about 15 minutes. The pistachio paste bowl was absolutely amazing. It had a rich, nutty flavour, and the addition of walnuts was a brilliant touch, adding another layer of texture and flavour to the dessert. We also loved the guava ice bowl. It was made with fresh guava, and the flavours tasted natural and refreshing without being overly sweet. I can totally understand why this place is always so busy, and it seems the brand is expanding as well. I really like what they're doing and hope they continue to maintain the same quality across all their future outlets.

Wednesday - 6th May 2026 Patronized Yuen Yeung Dessert at Neil Road. A small cozy shop with both indoor and outdoor seatings. We got two indoor seats without waiting. Their desserts were interesting. I ordered the warm Pistachio Paste and a Durian Coconut Snow Dessert. The Durian Coconut Snow came first - looked interesting and pretty with a scoop of Durian ice cream in the midst of jelly and sago. Some coconut pulp strips were embedded within. Nice, not too sweet but not spectacular. The Pistachio Paste came next. The warm paste was delicious and not too sweet. It was topped with some fried peanut chips. Tasted nice. Both wifey and I liked this. And when browsing their menu, realized they had double layer milk pudding; we told ourselves we got to try this next time. Before we departed, we asked the server if it was easy to get seats on weekends, she advised that the shop is always crowded from Fridays to Sundays. It will be better we patronize on other weekdays.

Had some great desserts at this place! Highly recommended are those that I ordered, especially the fermented rice and mochi with phoenix milk custard! Very very good!
