Definitely one of my favourite Thai Beef Boat Noodles in SG. Been here a few times already and it’s been consistent. The place is very small and is more like an eat and go type of place and less to hangout at but I’ve no complaints as the food is really good. The soup is very flavourful and the service is top notch. I was very surprised to be offered a cup of iced water (even though I didn’t order any drinks) and am grateful. If you like beef tendon, get the “gold coin”. It’s so soft and good 👍🏻

Came here because of the high rating online. The Kuey teow looking glass noodle was delicious, with the flavourful boat noodles broth. We ordered both the coin beef and Shabu pork. The coin beef was well braised, thoroughly seasoned and tasty. Shabu pork was good too, the pork was thinly sliced, soft and melts in your mouth. We were impressed with the fried pork skin too, as it goes so well with the noodles. We also ordered the sesame wings and bbq pork platter. The bbq pork was amazingly tender and well seasoned. I was slightly disappointed with the wings as everything were well done, it could had been slightly more salty and crunchier. Nevertheless the sesame on the chicken gave the it more texture. Lastly, we saw many customers ordering the mango sticky rice. We were in luck to order the last mango sticky rice available in the shop for the day! The glutinous rice was sticky, flavourful, soft and yummy! The coconut sauce was slightly salty and just nice on the rice. In addition, the mango tasted fresh and good with the rice. It is definitely a must order when you dine with them! We highly recommend you to try their food out. The boss in the shop is also very friendly to customers. They provide good recommendations to first time customers like us which was very much appreciated.

Honestly not too bad! Kinda enjoyed by pork boat noodles. They have 2 sizes for lunch as well. A smaller 10$ bowl versus the regular 15$. I'd recommend the small one and get some extra dishes to share! Really liked their thai fish cakes too. The place is a bit small so unless you're okay sitting outside you'll probably have to share inside during peak times. Overall quite decent for a quick cheap meal in the CBD if you want thai food

We ordered Golden Coin Beef with Tom Yum seafood noodles. The coin beef is soft and savoury. According to owner, they have to slow boiled the beef for 3hrs. For Tom Yum seafood, prawns size is generous. Must try the Moo Ping !! The home cooked hot lemon tea is great. I tasted mild ginger which goes just right with the lemon. Though the shop is little small but ambience is good for friends or family eat out. Overall thumbs up ! Will patronise again.

Initially, taste is not up to our standard as my hubby and I like a little stronger taste and may be we are used to authentic Boat noodles taste of Thong Smith from Bangkok. Tasty and spicy! When almost half a bowl eaten, we found shop provides fish sauce (for salty taste), lime sauce (for sourness but not real fresh lime juice) and Thai chilli powder. Those are the Saviour! We put a bit of each all 3. Then YES!! That’s the taste we want! Taste is good, good amount of meat, meat is tender, good enough of vege as I love bean sprout in soup sooo much! (Wish I could add fresh basil leave also). We also ordered meat platter (4 pcs of fried chicken mid joints + 4 pcs of Thai style BBQ pork). Chicken mid joints are fresh and juicy, Thai BBQ/fried pork on stick is also good. Red milk tea is perfect! (Wish a bit less ice thou.) Red ruby dessert is good, but it’s sweet for us. So we added leftover ice from our milk tea and dilute the sweetness of the dessert. Overall we like the food. Will go back again.
