Food portions are generous and there is good variety the menu to please different tastes. The staff were super friendly and attentive, service was perfectly execute. I should admit their fries are delicious, it is literally so crunchy and it’s really hard to stop eating those. Do note if your mains already have fries, don't order the more fries from the side dishes because the portion is huge. I love their PS burger, juicy and delicious. Their Fish and Chips batter wasn't the best, it was kinda soft and not crispy like i expected it to be.
View on GoogleFood is a big portion. All the service crew is friendly and professional. One of the service crew's name , Zi Siang, has the best service by far. We were served by him, and he was very friendly and professional, easily to talk to, and even when we asked him some questions, he could very professionally answer all our questions. He recommended that we get half a portion for the sides as we ordered 4 main dishes from the menu for 3 ladies. Overall service is amazing. Would definitely come back for his service.
View on GoogleI loved coming here to try new foods! I should admit their fries are the best in town, it is literally so crunchy and it’s really hard to stop eating those. So far I’ve tried the crab tart, the Thai salad, the ribs, the fries, fish and chips. Everything was tasty, except the ribs, I felt like it was not conventional BBQ flavor. I’ve tried a few deserts and did not like it at all. Profiteroles’ shell felt a bit hard and stale, and inside there was ice cream and not cream. Red velvet has way too little cream to make it taste anything like velvet. There is a long way to go for deserts in this cafe chain. The drinks are great though, especially kombucha and sodas, these are not sugary but still sweet.
View on GoogleBrunch at PS Cafe Ann Siang Hill. Quiet and relaxing location, fast/prompt service and quality brunch food items. Ended with a Chocolate Banana Cheesecake which is absolutely delicious. As it is under a big name PS Cafe, items can be pricey though. However, the food, ambience and service staff do make up for it. They are also running a 25% promo until Jun 2024 at this outlet only which is a sizable discount. Recommended!
View on GoogleOne of the nicer PS Cafe outlets. This place has a very nice relaxing ambience, especially for an afternoon tea session with family and close friends. The truffle fries is one of the best around, with the copious amount of cheese and truffle oil in a generous portion of fries. Their mains are also very well done though pricey. Do note that there was a huge vase of lilies at the entrance which caused the whole place to smell strongly. People with allergy to pollens should stay away.
