It feels just like dining in France. I’m truly delighted to have found such exceptional French cuisine here in Singapore. The wine display is unique and extensive, which makes it even more enjoyable. We ended up having two bottles between the two of us!

There are a super variety of wines here. You can find the wine that suits you best and is at a reasonable price. The food is delicious, at least it won't lower your wine tasting experience. Nicolas is very nice and the waiters are very enthusiastic. I have fallen in love with this place deeply.

Definitely a special restaurant and overall experience! I don’t drink alcohol and the apple cider drink they had was really tasty. Didn’t appreciate the taste of the pigeon but the daily specials and pasta were really good. Happy to return from time to time to try new stuff off the menu

Nicolas Le A long-standing French wine bistro that has quietly built a following, Nicolas Le feels both familiar and slightly under the radar. It leans into classic bistro fare with a wine-forward identity, though the space itself runs a little tighter and more energetic than the relaxed, lingering charm you might expect. Takeaways: • White Asparagus Soup is comforting and warming, with a slightly thicker body that works well. It pairs nicely as a foil to the plump prawns, adding a touch of indulgence without feeling overly heavy. • Harissa and Smoked Bacon Pasta is a pleasant surprise. An unconventional pairing that comes together well, with rich bacon depth lifted by a gentle, lingering spice from the harissa. • Wagyu feels underwhelming for the ingredient. The meat is tender, but lacks seasoning and could use more punch. The accompanying morel mushroom base hints at added umami, though it doesn’t quite deliver. • The vibe straddles bistro and buzzier wine bar. Tables sit close together, creating a tighter, more energetic atmosphere that leans less romantic. Service is efficient but can come across a touch brisk and transactional. The Damage (no drinks): S$170-230 for two

Lovely place. Very intimate setting. Limited menu but food is very good. Must try all the special menu. Very worth it to add on. Nicolas’ recommendation of wine also goes well with the food. Service staff needs more training though. They look a bit bored before the customers come in. The lady pushing the cheese cart keeps bumping into my chair. Not sure if I’m feeling it correctly but I feel the staff was more enthusiastic serving non-Asian clients. Cheese platter is chargeable but we were not told (not that we would have mind getting) Food is good and definitely worth the try.
