Omg the food here is so good, I literally have my mind blown. Who knew Mexican-Indian food could taste so good??!! I’m in love with their crab curry and even the rice is amazing. It’s so fragrant I can eat it on its own. Try their cocktails too! They’re very refreshing. Just a warning though, their food is definitely spicy!! When it comes to creative or innovative food, this restaurant really does it well 10/10 🩵💯

We chose Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh’s restaurant to celebrate a post-birthday with our team, and it was an outstanding experience! We opted for the tasting menu at $148 per guest, and let me tell you, the flavors were amazing! We enjoyed every course that was served. The lamb was incredibly tender, and everyone at our table chose it over the catch of the day. We truly enjoyed it—10/10! For the service, we give it a 15/10. We were assisted by a lovely host (sorry I forgot to get their names!) who took care of us from the moment we sat down and throughout the entire meal. Extra points to our bartender as well, who surprised us with a gift of booze! Thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed this place and I highly recommend it! Thanks, team!

My wife made reservations for this place before they even opened in Singapore as she was excited to try Gaggan's dishes. Luckily we were overseas when they opened as it gave time for the restaurant to overcome the opening hiccups. Overall it was a pleasant and interesting dining experience. The food may not be fantastic but the flavours were different from the usual. The papdi chaat is a must order especially if one has not experienced molecular gastronomy. Take it in one bite to get the yogurt flavour explosion. The papdi base was a bit too hard though. The other great appetiser was the stuffed chicken wings, Chicken 69. The Pork Vindaloo taco and Keema Quesadilla was nice too although not special like the first two dishes. We had to wait quite long for our main courses, they could have forgotten about it since it came quite immediately after a reminder. The Gaggan's signature crab curry was mild tasting and may disappoint those with high expectations but the crab meat in the curry was excellent. Portion is small for $32, like most of the dishes. I prefer the Palak Paneer as it's delicious and different from your regular Indian restaurant version. Of the 3 desserts we tried, the Yuzu Snowball was the best and we were pleasantly surprised the they made it complementary for the earlier hiccup. Service was excellent and friendly. Ambience was nice except that the tables were too small which makes the place feel cramp. Lots of parking available at the Craig Road car park just opposite for lunch in the weekends.

This was a fantastic experience. My partner and I had the tasting menu and every dish served to us was delicious. As we sat at the bar, the bartenders took the time to explain all the dishes to us, and even the history of the dishes! Portion-wise, it was just nice. It was filling but we didn't feel stuffed - a perfect balance. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambience at the restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at Ms Maria & Mr Singh! Mexican and Indian flavours come together beautifully here! The food was exceptional! It felt personal and homely and creative, along with great attention to detail. It was very well thought through how various flavours and elements from Indian and Mexican food were combined and/or contrasted with each other to complement the flavours. We loved how the staff treated us, how they served the food and knew everything about it in detail. The service was amazing and it felt like they genuinely wanted the guests to have a great time. Thank you to the young lady who helped take pictures for us. Lastly, we loved the ambience, colours around us, and the music playlist!
