Drawing on its underground supper club roots, Lolla opened in 2012 serving Mediterranean-inspired small plates. We have since evolved into an elevated casual restaurant that features modern European cuisine with Asian influences.

oh no! Lolla is slated to close on 14/2/2026. Hurry here to savor their amazing Sea Urchin Pudding. That’s what I did when I read of the impending closure. It was literally a pile of sea urchin sitting atop a cold black pudding made of squid ink, tomatoes, cream and egg yolk custard in a miniature soup tureen. Every mouthful was blissful. Another highly recommended dish lived up to its reputation: sourdough and kombu butter. It was so moreish. The two slices had crusty skin and soft as a pillow body. There was so much butter, i could generously slather each piece and there was still quite a bit of butter leftover. The amazing aftertaste reminded me of Brovil! But the secret to that unami taste was …. parmesan cheese that was whipped with kombu and salted butter! It was a nice touch to serve the tuna tartare with rice crackers on the side. Beautifully seasoned with soy, scallion oil, avocado, popped rice & micro greens and fried bawang merah kechil. So yummy! The charred cabbage was the last dish to be served although it was the first dish to be cooked (that’s why I enjoy bar counter seating where it’s like watching masterchef up close). The crispy capers and house-made cheese melded wonderfully with the sweet, slightly burnt bits of cabbage generously drizzled with an aged balsamic vinegar. What a memorable lunch. oh i noticed stairs to basement and was told there are additional seats below. otherwise its all bar counter seats when you enter.

Excellent dinner for 2 on a Saturday evening. Ordered the following: 1) TOASTED SOURDOUGH with kombu butter $14 2) GRILLED OCTOPUS $47 3) HAND TORN PASTA WITH BROWN CRAB $45 4) SAUTEED KALE $23 5) BURNT CHEESECAKE Very good food. Perhaps wouldn’t have ordered the kale as the other dishes like cabbage looked nicer. Slightly pricy, but worth the occasional indulgence. Service was top notch and sitting at the counter was a treat to see the chefs at work. Shame that they’re closing.

8.5/10 Asia’s #43 best restaurant . Modern Mediterranean food with a touch of Asian. Nothing super surprising but also very refined flavours and perfected. All the seafood is fresh, the crab pasta was a personal favourite!! Burrata was good but nothing to rave about. Probably the one dish I wouldn’t get next time. Would come back!

Absolute gem in Singapore. Wonderful ambience - like a wine bar with comfortable bar seating. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and works with you to figure out the right amount of food. The open kitchen is wonderful to watch. Then the amazing food. The sea urchin pudding was remarkable- absolutely a must. The anchovies on brioche will surprise you with its simple appearance but rich flavor. The crab pasta was cooked to perfection. You won’t be disappointed.

We chose Lolla to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. This sophisticated Ann Siang Hill gem delivered one of our most memorable meals. The Kombu Butter was the best we’ve ever tasted, and the Hand Torn Crab Pasta was incredibly luxurious. A perfect spot for a truly special occasion! We ordered: - Toasted Sourdough with Kombu Butter (Absolute must-order!) - Burnt Cabbage, Crispy Capers - Hand Torn Pasta with Brown Crab (Exceptional) - Pan-Fried Lemon Sole - Grilled Iberico Pork Collar - Le Paradou (Wine by the glass)
