Absolutely amazing! I came during happy hour and had six oysters for only SGD 3 each — honestly, some of the best oysters I’ve had in a very long time. They were incredibly fresh and delicious. I also ordered the crispy baby squid, and it was fantastic. Fresh, perfectly crispy, and the garlic sauce was absolutely outstanding. A lovely surprise was that they didn’t charge for water, which I really appreciated. Everything was 10/10. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for three months but only just found the time! The food was nicely prepared. Service was smooth. The only downside was that the table felt a bit too small, especially when our dishes arrived, it was slightly cramped trying to fit everything comfortably. The environment was also quite noisy, which made it a little hard to have a proper conversation.

If you love oysters, Humpback is an absolute must-visit. Their oysters are flown in directly from Hama Hama Oyster Company on Washington's Olympic Peninsula and arrive at the restaurant within 36 hours of harvest—you can really taste the freshness. We went during Happy Hour (pls check with the restaurant on the HH timing) and got oysters from just $3 each—an absolute steal for this quality. They were super fresh, briny, and packed with that clean, sweet ocean flavour. The selection changes daily, so there's always something new to try. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touch: they surprised my friend with a beautiful handwritten birthday card—such a warm, personal gesture that made the evening unforgettable.. Beyond the oysters, the vibe is chill yet stylish—a cozy seafood bistro in a beautiful 1930s shophouse in Chinatown. The staff were friendly and attentive ( especially the young and lean guy in perm hair with specs), and the cocktails and white wine paired perfectly with the seafood. Already planning my next visit! Highly recommend for date nights, catch-ups with friends, or anyone craving top-tier seafood.

Service was prompt and efficient, Shokupan was fresh , soft and flavourful. So far it’s the best oysters I ever had with 4 varieties to choose from , it’s a public holiday , hence its happy hour the whole day ! Ambience was chill and cozy , prawns were cook to perfection , iberico pork were soft and succulent with good quality marinated sauce . Raw scallops were fresh and sweet. Overall we had a great time and meal over there and would be our go to place for oysters !

Love how casual ambience combines with great food! Visited Humpback by chance and had their Happy Hour Oysters at $2/$3 per piece. They may be small, but man, they packed a punch! I had 20! We also super enjoyed the Squid tempura. Man! The best I had had! I also liked how generous they were with their crab for the crab pasta. Service was great! Will come again!
