⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars! Really nice ramen! We ordered the signature and the karamiso, and both were so tasty we finished every single drop. The sodium level is definitely high though! 😂 The service was excellent, especially Rochelle—she was super helpful with our orders and kept our table spotless. The only downside is that there’s no aircon and it felt really hot this evening. Eating hot soup in the heat was tough, but the amazing food and service still make it worth 5 stars!

A nice ramen shop near to tanjong Pagar Mrt. Ordered the Karamiso tonkotsu special ramen which comes with 4 slices of meat and 1 flavoured egg. Also ordered a karaage as a side. The broth is thick with mild spiciness. The noodle is cooked nicely with some chew to it (you can choose your noodle softness), the meat is nice and tender but I feel the egg is slightly overcooked, the yolk is almost cooked through. The karaage is also fried nicely, tender and not dry. You might want to come during your birthday as I think they give some gyoza for free if you visit on your birthday. In the roughly 40 mins I was there, there's 4 groups of diners getting the free gyoza. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

The Tonkotsu Special was not bad. It comes with tender pork cha-shu and flavoured egg. There is an option to choose your salitiness level. I chose normal level and it was quite salty for me. Perhaps I will choose the light saltiness level in future. Overall, it was a bowl of delicious ramen

I ordered a black garlic tonkotsu special ramen (+3 piece of pork, +1 egg) with additional beansprout and spring onion. As appetizers, I ordered some chicken kaarage, which was served with some flavouring powder. Total was $37.75. Considering the flavour of the ramen, i'll say it was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and I think it would have been btr if I didn't overkill with the spring onions and beansprouts (I'm really glad they were so generous with the amounts though!). The waitresses were warm and attentive, providing a basket for customers to put their bags under their seats. While the capacity of the restaurant is limited, given the size of the kitchen I think that is forgivable. The staff welcomes you warmly so a good first impression was formed by me. Overall? A really good place to get quality ramen for a reasonable price

Probably one of the best tonkotsu ramen i've tried in SG! Love that they allow customisation on their menu - you can choose your preferred noodle texture and saltiness. The broth was rich and flavourful but I'd recommend asking for less salt for older folks. I'd recommend getting the tonkotsu special as you get more meat and an egg with it. The egg is perfectly soft and the yolk melts instantly in your mouth. It doesn't taste pasty at all. The gyoza is the perfect side dish to have in between your ramen, super tasty yet not too oily. The place also serves complimentary hojicha so you can skip on ordering drinks. They have a birthday promo where you get free gyozas on your birthday. Perfect cosy spot to celebrate your birthday here! 😋
