Very friendly owners. They explained everything, showed us around, and let us try the products. We left with souvenirs (medicinal balms) for our friends.

I bought a bottle of oil to reduce my leg pain after walking for 2 days and it was not expensive yet very effective. I used it at night before going to bed and the pain disappeared in the following day. It was easy to locate the store using Google Maps. The staffs were seniors but very friendly, polite, and helpful. I will come back if I visit Singapore again.

Chinatown is the nearest MRT Exit E (opposite Chinatown point) along the main street. Mdm Tong who attended to us is very friendly and knowledgeable. She's very helpful and patient answering our qeries. Thank you for making our day.

We are from New Zealand. A lovely local Singapore gentleman (I wish I'd taken his contact details for next time he visits New Zealand, I'd love to look after him). He helped us locate the nearest MRT, and while walking with us (so kind) he directed us to this lovely herbal remedies store. The owner was extremely helpful and patient with us, we purchased about $100 worth of product, and we are very happy with our purchases. Obviously a very hard working family business, great to see the various generations involved. We loved Singapore, and this final experience was an excellent way to depart Singapore.

Excellent Traditional Chinese Medicine products that are effective. Family run business, friendly and very helpful introducing and how to use the products. I live in London and I come all the way to their original shop to get advice on what to get to help my friends and family.
