Loved the spicy ramen, especially with the chicken breast which was very tender. Free flow brussel sprouts help you sustain the rather long wait for your bowl. Definitely one of Singapores best ramens.

Ordered the jiro tsukemen with additional noodles and got 2 mountains. Absolutely fulfilling and good enough for a mini food challenge. Flavours are strong and oily for the dip, chasu is thick cut and tender, plenty of beansprouts and some cabbage for crunch, chilli flakes and vinegar available to avoid flavour fatigue. Self service for drinking water and beansprouts available. Service is excellent, counted three counts of thanks from the team during my visit. Great job to the Brothers Ramen heroes serving great ramen at an affordable price!

Saw a long queue half an hour before opening, and decided to try it out. While the portion sizes are indeed massive, I think that’s most of what this place has going for it. The tsukemen broth was thinner than the broth for megamen, which is a little strange because I expect a thicker, more concentrated bowl. Also the bean sprouts overpower the bowl - every scoop has a little bit of unavoaidable bean sprouts. All this to say - food is definitely not bad, and taste is subjective. Maybe if I was much hungrier, I would have enjoyed it more. Broth was decent, very garlicky and a little oily but rich and deep. Overall experience was not bad!

One of the best Ramen in Singapore. I was wowed by the texture of the noodles and the balance of the booth. The tenderness of the chicken breast was also amazing (I preferred the chicken to the cha siew). I typically don't lile bamboo shoots in ramen because it usually has the taste of preservatives, but it was not the case for brothera ramen. Would have been better if the ramen has nori and negi for toppings, but I digress. Be prepared for long queues and alot of self service, but if good ramen is the focus, this is the place.

My rating: 2.5/5 - average 5/5 - a must-try, willing to travel for it TLDR: 4.5/5 - objectively very good ramen, worth a try to see if it fits your palate Disclaimer: the ramen wasn’t to my taste, but its objectively 2 very good bowls of ramen. Ordered the Brothers ramen and jiro ramen Brothers ramen’s soup broth is a nice blend of chicken and pork, rich but not cloying, flavourful but yet feels clean to drink. Arguably i lean towards a proper tonkotsu broth and therefore the chicken mix taste isnt to my liking, but this is objectively a well balanced and good soup. Great noodles as well. Same goes for the jiro ramen, just dumped with the absolute biggest pile of bea sprouts ever. Broth was a good hearty pork broth that still comes with the braised flavoured pork fat as the topping, makes for a very filling meal. They did what they set out to do, but if you arent the biggest eater or like heavy flavours, dont order this or you will be disappointed. Overall, brothers ramen is def a top ramen place in singapore, the only ramen place that i hear actual Japanese come to and praise the ramen, but i have to say my personal favorite is still ramen-ya.
