Hands down the best fried oyster (蠔煎)I had in Singapore. It is not so oily (jelat) and the oysters are cooked to perfection. I recommend taking the sauces the shop offers. The combination of the Thai fish sauce with the oysters is extremely nice. I myself eat the 8$ for one person and it’s a very nice breakfast or brunch. The shop number is 02-207.

Really friendly and nice stall owner but sadly the fried oyster left much to be desired. The dish was overly starched and most of the plate were clumps of starch and nothing much else. Chilli was way too strong for me but oysters were fresh with no stale taste.

This is a $5 portion. Will be making your tummy full. Beware of the chilli, it’s of good spicy level. Try a little first before you add more.

One of the best fried oysters in Sg. Good blend of egg and starch matching with big oysters.

Totally satisfied my cravings for a perfect plate of fried oyster egg also pronounced as "Hao Jian" in Mandarin! Glad I found this hidden gem!
