This place really hit the mark today. My chia pudding was magnificent. The dish is smallish but it was just the right size for me. It’s beautifully presented and it is quite the visual and taste experience. The sliced avocado dish was much the same. Outstanding in every way. Our coffees were excellent too. Service here is a tad cool and distant but that worked today. Nice place. We’d happily return here anytime

After eight years of serving up hearty brunches and great coffee along Craig Road, 18 March 2026 marks their final day. If you’ve ever thought of dropping by, this is really your last chance. They’re even running an “Everything Must Go” sale, from dishes and coffee to furniture. You can bring a piece of Bearded Bella home. The blue-framed door opens into a bright, cosy shophouse with wooden tables and chairs with that familiar smell of coffee and bakes in the air. It’s the kind of place built for long brunch catch-ups and chill conversations. Salmon, Pistachio, Rosti ($27) The rosti was insanely crispy! That golden crust gave way to a soft, fluffy interior, and every bite was super satisfying. The Norwegian salmon was cooked just right, tender with a nicely crisped skin, and the pistachio crust added a subtle nutty fragrance. The citrus mint mayo tied everything together with a light, zesty finish. Simple components, but each one done well. My friend ordered the same and added scrambled eggs (+$3) on the side, which made it even more indulgent. The eggs were soft and creamy, pairing nicely with the crispy rosti. Epic Brekkie ($25) This really lives up to its name! Think maple bacon (and yes, the slab is huge), homemade patty, confit portobello, avocado, arugula, rosti and an egg done your way (scrambled, sunny or poached). It’s a full-on brunch plate that covers all bases. Hearty, comforting and perfect if you want a bit of everything on one plate. Bearded Bella has always been about good food, proper coffee and a space to just slow down with people you enjoy being around. Their beans are roasted in-house, and that attention to detail shows in every cup. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a place like this, especially one that has quietly been part of so many brunch routines over the years. If you can, swing by for one last coffee, one last rosti, and one last catch-up here. End of an era, but definitely a memorable one.

I would like to share my experience of dining at Bearded Bella. I visited this place a total of 4 times over the course of 7 years. 1) I had an espresso (Brazilian) in 2019. It was buttery, intense stone fruit acidity that mellowed out to a sweet finish. 2) Dined in with friends. Had their Avocado toast followed by the Sticky date pudding. Definitely top 10 desserts in my list. 3) 2025, had a filter, a Guatemalan done through aero press. It was clean bright, sweet and red. It was an iced version and thoroughly refreshing. 4) 19 March 2026 - Ordered their chicken burger and an orange cold brew. The chef looked super busy. When it arrived, the food was HELLA DELISH MAN.. the eggs were light and fluffy on the burger, i am amazed at how they managed to get such a texture. The rosti on the burger was also a nice touch. Orange cold brew was refreshing and intense as usual. Does not dilute as the ice melts..! Overall, Bearded Bella has managed to maintain a level of consistent, pleasant experience for me over the years that is hard to produce for any place that has been running so long. I think that customer's expectations on level of service, price points and taste has skyrocketed over the course of the years, and that is detrimental at times to places that hold so much history in the Singapore coffee and brunch scene. Rain or shine, i am so glad i chose Bearded Bella as a place to sit down and eat, drink and draw in my sketchbook. I felt calm, drank good coffee and food, and felt safe. Thank you , People at Bearded Bella for your service.

I ate the Pain Perdu and it was too sweet for me. Even when I got my family to try, they agreed that it was too sweet. My brother’s poached egg was undercooked and was very runny. My mother’s rocket leaves were yellowed and could tell that they were not fresh. The service was not bad and the atmosphere was nice. However, the food was too disappointing so I gave overall 2 star. But the Hot Chocolate and Latte was not bad.

Food: avocado toast was very disappointing. This is something that I can make for $1.5 myself at home. Toast from supermarket and cut 1 avocado 🥑 and then selling it for a premium of 20x. Coffee was ok. Ambience: it’s a nice place however when you have a cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom then it’s a no go. For a former „Asia top 50“ restaurant I expect more than this. Service: overall friendly and ok, however, they don’t like people sitting there and chat so they will kick you out eventually. Telling you people are waiting outside already (which is not true). It’s a place for food but not a place for catching up an old friend. Once you finished you have to leave. Total 2 stars ⭐️⭐️
