Super solid chilli ban mian stall. Chilli very shiok and got kick. Mixture of qq ban mian, chilli, creamy egg, anchovy, minced pork is irresistible. Chilli very shiok and got kick. Even their complementary soup very nice. My friend got the soup Mee Hoon kueh which was good too. Price point slightly higher than other banmian but still quite worth. Their fried wanton quite worth the try also, crispy and crunchi skin and juicy filling. I can totally understand why got queue. But turnover is fast so don't need to wait too long also. Highly recommend. Come early if can cos this place very popular amongst office crowd
View on GoogleWe ordered chilli pan mee, pork chop noodles (with dark sauce) and Dai Pu Mee. The Dai Pu Mee is the best in my opinion, the noodles was cooked to perfection and best when paired with the dried chilli 😍 The pork cutlet was normal, would very much prefer if there’s chicken cutlet instead! honestly this is the most expensive Pan Mee i’ve had but we enjoyed ourselves! the staffs were polite, friendly and helpful especially the lady taking payment has a very positive attitude! 👍🏻
View on GoogleI genuinely can't believe this place has been around for so long and I've only just discovered it. As a Malaysian, I can confidently say the flavours taste really authentic. I've been here **twice in the last two days** because I genuinely couldn't stop thinking about it. I've already been telling all my friends they need to come and try it. I also want to give a special shoutout to the staff. Everyone has been incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the team working on Monday night. Great food is one thing, but amazing service really makes you want to come back. A few suggestions that I hope you'll consider: • **Please introduce a large-sized Signature Pan Mee.** The other noodle dishes already have a large bowl option for $10.50, so I really hope the Signature Pan Mee can have one too. Right now it's only available in one size ($9.50), and I personally find the portion a little too small. Ordering two bowls isn't really the same experience—you end up finishing one and then starting another, instead of enjoying one satisfying big bowl from start to finish. • **The soup is so good.** You can really taste the ikan bilis, which gives it a rich, authentic flavour. I just wish there were a little more vegetables in it. • **A little more ikan bilis in the Signature Pan Mee would make it perfect.** The current amount feels a little too little, but ordering an extra portion would be too much. Just a small increase in the standard serving would really elevate the dish. • **The fu chuk crackers weren't really my favourite.** I honestly think crispy tofu crackers (the dark brown one) would pair much better with the Signature Pan Mee. • **The toilet hygiene could definitely be improved.** Unfortunately, I spotted cockroaches in the toilet on both of my visits, which was a little concerning. I hope this can be looked into soon. Overall though, I love this place. The food is authentic, the service is amazing, and I can definitely see myself becoming a regular. Hoping to see the Signature Pan Mee available in a larger bowl soon! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
View on GoogleNoodles were just the right amount of chewy, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. The chilli is very tasty, though it can be quite spicy for some so add according to your own tolerance. The quality is on par with the original in Malaysia, which is great to see. There is a long queue during weekday lunch, but it moves very fast. Do note that they are very strict on assigning a table only once all guests are present in front of them during weekday lunches. This is a no-nonsense lunch spot with clockwork efficiency, and the staff clear your bowl almost immediately after you finish your last strand of noodles — a clear sign to wrap up and go so that they can sit the next person in line.
View on GoogleWe have been here multiple times in the past. Just had time to do a proper review today. We went for lunch off peak about 2.15pm. Ordered their: 1. Signature Chilli Pan Mee (dry) 2. Pork chop Noodle (dry) 3. Five Spiced Rolls Verdict: Both noodles were still up to their standard and noodles were cooked al-dente and Q enough. Fried pork in the black sauce noodles were also tender and moist. Portion did shrink a little but acceptable as understand its inflation. Price also hiked up by $1.50-$2.00 per bowl. Five spice rolls were tender and moist. Not dry like at all. Really good and it’s served with Thai chilli sauce for dipping. However, we were a little disappointed with their chilli. It used to be really spicy hence their signature name for their stall. It was the chilli 🌶️ that stood out most. However after not eating for a few months, we found that it has become drastically sweet (can taste the fine granules of sugar if you eat them) and not spicy at all. (Maybe a tad spicy ; similar to chilli sauce level) My hubby can attest to that as he used to take even a little of the chilli and he will start perspiring like crazy. Today he had heaps of it and commented that I was right that it isn’t spicy anymore. Hence no more kick ! 😭😭😭😭😔😔😔😔 I wish and hope that they will be able to revert to their old chilli where customers can add according to their personal level of spiciness.
