Excellent and authentic Vietnamese Pho. Tried the beef brisket and tenderloin pho - the beef is soft and succulent - cooked just nice. The broth is out of this world! Thick and flavorful. The noodles are also cooked to perfection. The fried spring roll is also a must try. On the whole, this is a small joint that I highly recommend Try to sit outside - the cooking smell is very strong inside. I would come back again! Thumbs up!

Quaint air-conditioned Vietnamese restaurant perfect for a hot bowl of pho in our hot hot weather. Pho was overall good but a different style of soup. I kinda has a herbal taste to it. Its different in a good way. Add in the lime, fish sauce, sate chilli oil, breakup all the green, and a good stir. A piping hot yummy pho is born. The beef coin, which is just like a thin nice textured brisket, is so tender & beefy. Just the right thickness. Pho noodles is slightly thicker than normal and very slippery. Shiok. The Beef Egg soup to me is a MUST and a rare find in SG. Sooo.. flavourful and comforting with a good crack of crushed black pepper. Personal preference, I wished they gave raw thin beansprouts as well then it would be a great addition to balance out the strong flavours and add crunch. Overall a very good meal. I left happy. Oh!! I was excited to see Salted Coffee too!!

Visited on a Saturday evening. The place was fairly busy, but we didn’t have to wait for seats. We chose to sit upstairs, where there’s a cosy area with bar counter seating and about three to four tables. Service was fair—the staff were efficient and polite. The half kampong chicken was lean with good chunks of meat. It was served with a delicious ginger sauce, and I especially loved the accompanying garlic pickles. They also provided sambal chili, which added a nice kick to the meal. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved—the space felt a little grimy and the tables were somewhat sticky

Really enjoyed my meal at May Pho Culture. The beef rib pho was the highlight — the broth was incredibly beefy, rich and full of flavour without being overly heavy. The beef ribs were extremely tender and practically fell off the bone. The steamed chicken was also excellent. It was cooked really well, super juicy and tender, and definitely worth ordering alongside the pho. Would happily come back, especially for that beef rib pho.
