I had a truly enjoyable breakfast experience at PARKROYAL Singapore. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety of choices. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a perfect way to start the day. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service from the team. Mr Leslie was especially accommodating, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His genuine hospitality and professionalism really stood out. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mdm Lian Tee for her warm service and thoughtful attention throughout our meal. Her kindness and dedication added a personal touch that made the morning even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a pleasant dining experience. I truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to returning again.

We went on 22 Aug for lobsterfest lunch for 4 pax. The lobster is good.. cold dish prawn are not ; sweet snow crab is sweet and salty and surprising delicious. .. salmon sashimi is good .. tuna sashimi cannot make it. The issue we have is open the hard shell of the lobster claw.. even with the tools. It will be better if they can have some crack on the claw. Hot food totally cannot make it. Angus Beef is tough and strong smell although it look nice. Wasted the piece of meat. .the only acceptable hot food is the chillie lobster claw. Cheese pasta is nice. For dessert some are quite delicious. Please review your hot dishes which totally cannot make it. So disappointed.Did your chef even try their own cooking ? Not much good vegetarian options. It is so disappointing that I dont even bother to take any pictures..

Excellent ambience to dine in with. Excellence spread of lobster and cold seafood and great choice of local delights and some Nonya dishes. It’s my first time coming in to dine but certainly will not be the last. Just a small comment on the coffee which I felt it was too acidic/sour. Maybe this can be improved.? Was attended by Auntie Lian Tee who diligently served us with politeness and smiles. Great customer service level by her. Really thank her for her job dedication and serving our table patiently. We are a table with young children and senior adults. Once again, a very nice cosy green environment to be at for great dining and experience.

Amy was exceptionally friendly and attentive—she promptly refilled our water, provided wet wipes for our hands, and made us feel completely at ease. We enjoyed the buffet, especially the Mac & cheese! Good selection across the board, and everything was well-prepared.

This is few minutes walk from our hotel we booked whilst on long layover in Singapore. We had the lobster buffet dinner last night. The food was good however the seafood is not the freshest. The snow crabs I felt was the freshest of them all. I tried all the food and they have good variety. The steak is also cooked medium rare and delicious. My partner loves the duck section. I want to say that the staffs here is very exceptional 👌 They assist you on everything. I also got a free lobster cake for my upcoming birthday. I thought at first that it is just pretty and it won't taste good at all, I was wrong! This cake is beautiful and delicious! The lobsters are also delicious, especially the cooked ones with cheese. Overall, I would still come back to this restaurant. For a lobster buffet for two, a cocktail and two beers it cost us $388 SGD and cake is free!
