I enjoy the food and varieties from Hans. But the outlet in Chinatown is just so challenging to get a seat as they are occupied by seniors who don't leave after their meals. Its like what the other reviewer posted, "Its an unofficial seriors gathering spot." It is so frustrating to see the situation especially when there are no seats available for genuine diners. ☹️

Had an unpleasant visit on 21 Feb 2026 around 7:30pm, this staff MALATHA at the service counter was extremely rude and bad body gesture when taking order. She even challenged us to file a complaint by throw her name tag on the table. And saying that she will fine as she knows how to explain herself. Well we just cancel our order and leave the place. The staff are usually nice and friendly, its our 1st time encounter this. And she claim she is the manager. Wow

The Hor Fun here is okay, but for the price it is quite expensive and the portion of the shrimp, fish and pork is quite skimpy. Taste wise it’s alright but I think i’ve had better Hor Funs in hawker centres for a better price.

I regularly lunch at this Han's outlet at Chinatown Point, but I make it a point to be here early before the lunch peak hour as getting a table then would be very challenging. Today I had my usual favourite: a Breakfast Set comprising scrambled eggs with bacon and a cuppa Kopi Si. As always, it was highly satisfying and reasonably priced. And I later followed it up with a Teh O. Service here was professionally executed. The dining ambience as hinted earlier was more pleasant if you are here earlier rather than later. By the way, Han's also does a very good Fish and Chips that is also reasonably priced.

Ordered beef stew set. The mushroom soup is so pathetic....when I inform the counter staff why the soup is so little..she replied YES ! Hans service indeed never changed over the years. Am disappointed.
