I tried the Duroc Tenderloin Katsu (no cheese) which was on promotion. It was so well done. The thick piece of pork was cooked to perfection, edge-to-edge and slightly pink inside. It was an even enjoyable meal on a weekend because the restaurant was relatively quiet without the rush and crowd. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Extremely disappointing experience at Gochi-So Shokudo @ One Raffles Place. I ordered takeaway during lunch time and had to wait over 50 minutes for my food. I understand lunch hours can be busy, but this waiting time was excessive and there was no expectation set for such a long delay. What made it even more unacceptable was that after waiting over 50 minutes, the meat was already cold when I received it. On top of that, the takeaway order was incomplete — they forgot to include the sauce for the meat. This should be a basic quality check before handing food to customers, especially after such a long wait. I honestly do not know what was happening in the kitchen, because making customers wait that long and then serving cold and incomplete food is unacceptable. This was one of the worst takeaway experiences I have had. Being busy during lunch time should not mean compromising food quality and customer experience. Very disappointed and I hope the restaurant seriously improves its operations, preparation process, and quality control.

Food is good. Just commenting on their service. Approached one senior staff, for help on ordering. But was being pushed to other staff. She mentioned she was not incharged of Gochi-so and only to Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights, despite wearing Gochi-so's apron. Further, there was still stain on spoon in the unused utensils box.

worst unagi ever… with thick skin and fat that is very tough. had to bite in order for the meet to come off. first time tasting chew unagi.

Very friendly staff here! The food was also really good and the promotions was really affordable.
