The service staff at Genki Sushi were always friendly and attentive, probably because we didn’t visit during peak hours. During our visit last month, the food quality was decent compared to most express-style sushi restaurants. The truffle fries lacked fragrance and didn’t come with any dipping sauce, whereas another express sushi chain offers a slightly cheaper version with better portion and quality. Most of the food we ordered was alright, but the avocado & cooked salmon mini rice bowl — which was recommended and listed as a top order on the menu — turned out disappointing. The cooked salmon tasted very fishy, to the point where we felt it wasn’t fresh at all, almost like leftover cuts were reused for the rice bowl. We did visit Genki Sushi again after that, but we would never order the avocado & cooked salmon mini rice bowl again.

First time dine in at Genki Sushi Chinatown Point, I like the environment and the service here. Auntie Mei is so friendly and attend to each of my questions patiently. She helped to if check my order was send successfully, love the food. Will be back again, highly recommend.

Visited the outlet at Chinatown Point. Was able to enter the restaurant immediately. Food was great as always, and served fast. Theresa who was at the cashier was extremely friendly, excellent customer service! Perfect place for a quick dinner to wind down after work.

Had a wonderful dining experience. Auntie Mei provided excellent service—she was attentive, observant, and very personable. The food was also delicious.
