I love this awesome food bowl/salad place! ⭐️⭐️🥳🥳The food bowl is hearty & nutritious and the staff are friendly. I ordered an Osaka bowl & a gochujang prawn dish. The Teriyaki chicken is nicely-seared. Marination & seasoning of every item is just right. The curry is rich and flavorful. 👍🏼 The eatery has a classy & minimalistic vibe with relaxing indie music playing in the background. It’s a wonderful hangout place. You can continue to hang out outside the eatery even after closing time. I’ve eaten many food bowls/salads(twice a week) as a health-conscious individual and this is one of those that I don’t mind eating regularly. The food bowl is not only filling, it’s sumptuous & value for money. They have vegan options too. You can pick from a list of 6 different main food bowls with a modern twist & various side dishes:

Just OK. In soft launch at the moment so still some teething issues. Unique concept with how they serve the bowls with a focus on green solutions. Whats greener than paper bowls and wooden utensils is reusable bowls and utensils for fine in option. I ordered the Saigon bowl with protein add on for $15. The meal itself was good - fresh and well balanced. I find the online ordering a bit strange and now they have my email and phone number for me to order a salad in store.

Came at the start of its second opening hour at 4pm and there was nobody when I arrived. I went with the Tokyo bowl and learned that the protein add on had changed from a salmon katsu to braised pork belly. Despite the not too good reviews, I still was keen to check out this place and proceeded with my order. For collection, you receive an sms and when you click on it the pod you are allocated will open up and you can collect your order. Very unique and innovative customer experience! The portions itself was alright, not super big. With +$5 for the protein add on, there was only 3 slices of pork belly. However what lacked in quantity was made up with its quality. It was tasty, and super tender with a nice fats and meat ratio. The rice was well seasoned with other ingredients including seaweed. The brinjal on the other hand felt very raw and didn’t have much seasoning or sauce with it. The interior itself is definitely a reason to check out the venue as well. A very modern design with a very clean and minimalist look. Definitely have to factor the cost of the food in it though.

New addition to Far East Square, a foodtech startup that is delivering chef-designed recipe food bowls with no service middle man in-between: view and order on mobile, collect at a dispensing pod, enjoy your food. Visited during their soft launch and hence they do not have their app ready yet, but website interface was easy to use, very pleasing to the eye, and fast with required transaction process. Food resembles closely to what was shown. I selected Bombay from the staff’s recommendation, it is light and tangy, but no “punch” besides the pomegranate bits I enjoyed - kind to the tongue. I would come back to try their other bowls again. At the side of the shop is a dispenser for free cups of tea. Users can select for no cutlery which I accidentally did (interface is unclear as to which option meant the need for cutlery); either way you can grab them near the pods. Very clean, modern and minimal space using wood and off-white tones. I like their furniture, music, and overall ambience. Staff was friendly. Note that all bowls are vegetarian by default and require additional orders for proteins.

[SG, Vegan/Veg/1 alliums Free Options] Love @bamboo.bowls cool space to have catch up with friends/ colleague over yummy lunch, near Telok Ayer Mrt. I went twice in this week with friends/ colls, ordered Bali vegan bowl low carb option & Sichuan Noodles low carb option ($13 each). Both were delicious and I love Bali the most. Bali bowl is flavourful! Also heard Tokyo Bowl can be alliums free from a gf~
