The food is great, service is superb! We were a day early for their halloween promo so we didn’t get to try that. We paid around $140 for these dishes. Pork ribs and chicken breast, American burger, Steak. We also got a salad and soup of the day which is not pictured here.
View on GoogleWe remembered it as a good place for steak. But we were kinda disappointed. It says a lot when a steakhouse provides chili and ketchup without asking. Steak doneness was not consistent. But the service is good, especially auntie Anne. She was very detailed in explaining the menu. Overall, it’s not value for money.
View on GoogleWith many affordable steak places coming up, this place needs to improve both in terms of presentation (plain plates are too simple and of the past), and ambience (not upmarket enough for a hotel restaurant and to command that price). The beef doneness was more like medium-well instead of medium, even after clarifying with the staff that we would we would like our medium to be done. Would likely cost medium-rare if I come back again, but sorry I doubt so as I'd rather explore other places.
View on GoogleUpdate from 4 to 5 stars because the inner seatings have been renovated recently. Photo attached. Steak was very good at the most recent visit. Same for the spaghetti. (Old review) A solid 4 stars. Based on our at least 4-5 times here, I would say the steak has been very good except 1 time. I absolutely love their mash potatoes and our kid always enjoy their kids meal - spaghetti bolognaise. I have tried it, is pretty tasty.
View on GoogleGood steak, tasty and good portioned. Took a while for order to come but it was worth the wait - slightly pricey but quite good value. Only gripe was the strawberry beverage was waaaayy too sweet! Service was so-so. Overall a good place for steak, reminiscent of those you find in US.
