Had a wonderful dining experience at Supply & Demand! The food was delicious, especially the gelato and Italian dishes we tried. The rooftop atmosphere was relaxing, with a great view and cozy ambiance that’s perfect for a date night or gathering with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was smooth, and the presentation of the food was impressive. Overall, a great place to enjoy authentic Italian food, good vibes, and a beautiful rooftop setting. Definitely worth visiting, and I would gladly come back again!

View on Google⚠️ Fries worst than MacDonald’s ⚠️ ⚠️ Pizza worst than Domino’s ⚠️ 💢Read below for full story & experience💢 Over the past 2.5 years, my partner and I have frequented this place, a place that held great memories but as of today, they have lost a regular because of crappy service and food served today. Ordered 3 items today, a pasta, pepperoni pizza and chorizo loaded fries. In the first photo is the chorizo loaded fries. Usually when I order loaded fries be it their sinful cheesy fries or the takoyaki fries, their fries has always taken time to be fried and fries has always been served crunchy and piping hot. Today fries came out instantly, the fries was not hot nor was it lukewarm, it came out room temperature, despite clearly indicating to Waiter A that the fries is unsatisfactory and is not hot at all. After 5minutes, Waitress B came back with my fries trying to gaslight me that the fries was not cold, and that the fries had “dropped in temperature because of the salsa.” I firmly informed her that I could tell that it was leftover fries from a previous batch sitting on top of a fryer that is served instantly when I ordered. She showed an attitude and brought the fries back to the kitchen again. After 5 minutes, the fries came out again, instead of refrying a batch of fries, they just threw my plate and blasted it under the oven which the burnt marks can be seen on the second photo. With the nacho cheese already being on the fries, it just made the fries warmed up but very soggy. Where is the common sense and indicates zero ounce of effort and a lack of proper kitchen skillset. Without even being in the kitchen I can tell what they did to my fries after it being sent in. What kind of chefs is being hired now? Waitress is rude despite being shown actual facts and chefs just trying to treat every customer as if we are stupid. Lastly, take a look at the last photo of a zoomed up photo of my beef pepperoni pizza that I have ordered, you can see a severe lack of red sauce on the pizza, this is the first time I have tasted such a tasteless pizza. Only the manager was kind enough to even take in feedback and was shocked by how the waitress acted. Truly disappointing experience of a bad waitress + skilless chef. If this is the standard in a non peak dinner hour at 5.45pm, what is the standard during peak hour? You all lost a regular.
View on GoogleWe were in the Somerset area and decided to walk in, as my hubby is a big fan of Italian cuisine. We ordered a beef pizza and a black truffle pasta, along with a glass of Italian red wine for him and a pot of breakfast tea for me. Overall, the food was very enjoyable. The pizza stood out — made with fresh ingredients and topped with a small piece of beef steak that was cooked perfectly. The crust was soft and well done, making it especially satisfying. The black truffle pasta had good depth of flavour, though the chicken was slightly less tender than expected. That aside, the dish was still pleasant. The Italian red wine (Chianti) was aromatic and paired well with the meal. If you enjoy Italian food, this restaurant should meet your expectations. A nice surprise was the live singing on Saturdays from 12pm to 3pm. My husband loves live music, so this was a lovely bonus and really enhanced the overall experience.
View on GoogleSupply & Demand never disappoints — it’s one of those spots that just feels right every single time. Between the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the live music, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy good company. 💫 What we ordered: 🍄 Vegetarian Pasta – Light, balanced, and surprisingly filling. 🍕 Prosciutto e Funghi – A flavour bomb of savoury and earthy — comfort food at its best. 🍃 Pesto Genovese with Chicken – Creamy, fresh, and a table favourite. 🎶 Between bites and music, I completely forgot to take photos (again!). It’s that kind of place — you’re just in the moment. 💭 Would I go back? Always. It’s a guaranteed good meal, good vibe, and good time.
