Like the beef tenderloin and veg. Not salty. For kids under 120cm, have promotion for soy butter chicken. Free ice-cream with each set meal. Very reasonable price and good service. Picture taken after halfway eating because food pipping hot and v yummy!

Came back here after 3 years, and the standard is as good as ever! We dropped by around 3 PM, so we had the entire counter to ourselves.The chef was cheerful and engaging throughout our meal. We ordered the chicken sets and added on the scallops, which were on promo for 2 for $5—what a steal! The prawns were also fresh and juicy.It is wonderful to see a spot maintain its quality over the years.

Thoroughly enjoyed our beef tenderloin and premium fillet mignon.. it came medium rare as ordered. Currently on promo so quite worth it. Spacious seating and not smoky. Portion quite substantial too with two types of veggies.

I recently visited Heniu Teppanyaki and had a fairly average experience overall. The food was decent, with the meats cooked well and presentation on point, but nothing really stood out in terms of flavour. For the price, I was expecting a bit more depth and wow factor, especially from a teppanyaki concept. Service was okay — not bad, but not particularly attentive either. There were moments where we had to wait a while to get staff attention, which took away from the dining experience. The ambience is nice and clean, making it a comfortable place for a casual meal, but it didn’t quite make up for the lack of standout elements in the food and service. Overall, it’s not a bad spot, but there are definitely better teppanyaki options out there for the same price point.

Had a wonderful meal at the teppanyaki restaurant in 313@Somerset, and I’d especially like to commend Shu Qian for her outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Shu Qian was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She was patient while taking our order, answered our questions with a smile, and remained cheerful and professional even during the busy period. It’s clear that she takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and it really made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, but Shu Qian’s exceptional service was what truly stood out. Staff like her make customers want to return. I hope the management recognizes her dedication—she is a real asset to the team. Highly recommended!
