If you’re celebrating a special occasion, you may wish to order one of their à la carte cakes instead. We start off with the Savoury tier first then once we are done with it, they will then serve the sweets tier. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was the spacious table. We’ve been to quite a few hotels where the tables were so small that once the three-tier stand was placed down, there was barely any room left to enjoy the meal comfortably. The only downside was that we were told we had to vacate the table by 3.15pm, even though we had only just started on the dessert tier at around 2.45pm. The staff came by to remind us a few times, and eventually mentioned that the latest we could stay was 4.15pm. What made it a little disappointing was that the restaurant didn’t appear to be busy. There were still plenty of empty tables, and we didn’t notice a stream of new guests arriving. Of course, they may have had reservations later in the afternoon, so it’s hard to say. In the end, we had to leave despite having ordered additional à la carte cakes, which made the experience feel a little rushed. Other than that, everything else was pleasant.

The savoury and sweet creations, crafted by the resident pastry chef in collaboration with a guest chef, were beautifully presented and a delight to enjoy — nothing short of extraordinary. Pairing the afternoon treats with a glass of Moët champagne made the experience even more indulgent and elevated the entire afternoon. Special mention to Michelle, Jovin, Shirlina and the entire team for their warm, attentive and welcoming service. They made the occasion even more memorable with the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary birthday cake, complete with a cheerful birthday song. A lovely experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for a delightful afternoon tea, especially when paired with champagne, and a memorable celebration!

Came here for my birthday celebration and we were served by Shirlina and Jovin. We received warm and pleasant service from them both. The food portion size is pretty good and we love the unlimited order of variety drinks that they offer in their menu. I strongly recommend the Banana Creme ice coffee. Sweet and creamy in taste! For tea, Kyoto Oolong. They serve it hot or ice too!

She took the time to explain every individual item on the menu, including both the savoury selections and the sweets, which made the whole afternoon tea experience even more enjoyable. She also kindly helped my friend and me take some lovely photos, which we really appreciated. It’s those thoughtful little gestures that make a visit extra memorable. The ambience was beautiful, the food was delicious, and I also appreciated that we were able to pack our leftovers instead of letting them go to waste.
