Went here for my Sister Baby birthday lunch buffet on a sat.The spread of the food is awesome with many choices to choose from. The laksa is very nice. Lobster and clams Is very nice too. They keep refilling it. The pastry is also nice. Service crew is helpful and fast in clearing plates. Overall experience is good! Will recommend 👌🏻

We had a wonderful dining experience at Estate Buffet on 6 July. The food selection was extensive, fresh, and beautifully presented, with something to suit every palate. The seafood was especially fresh, and the desserts were a perfect way to end the meal. A special thank you to Pauline Ng, the Assistant Manager, for her exceptional hospitality. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring every guest had a pleasant experience. Her professionalism and friendly service made our visit even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to Pauline and the entire Estate team for the outstanding service. We look forward to returning again soon and will definitely recommend Estate Buffet to our family and friends!

Had a really enjoyable buffet dinner at Estate, Hilton Singapore Orchard. The variety was impressive and there was genuinely something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood selection, including spider crab legs, oysters, scallops and sashimi, together with the chilli crab. The carving section was also excellent, with a good selection of meats, and I liked having cheeses and other accompaniments to round off the meal. What I appreciated most was that despite the large spread, the food still felt thoughtfully prepared rather than simply being about quantity. The open-kitchen concept also made the experience more enjoyable, with many items freshly prepared and replenished throughout dinner. Estate does a very good job of combining international choices with familiar local favourites. A special mention must go to Joe, who looked after us with such warm-hearted and genuine service. He was attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Good food makes a buffet memorable, but service like Joe’s really elevates the whole experience. Overall, an excellent dinner with a huge variety, quality seafood, good meats and lovely service. Would happily return again.

Had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Estate inside Hilton Singapore Orchard. The food selection was seriously next level — from the premium seafood spread, perfectly done carvings, chef’s signature dishes, to the desserts that made it impossible to stop at one round. Every station felt thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented. But honestly, what made the experience truly unforgettable was the hospitality. Chef William was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire meal. You can genuinely feel the passion and pride he has for the dining experience he creates for guests. His friendliness, personal touch, and attention to detail made us feel more like invited guests than customers. Truly top-tier service and hospitality at its finest. No wonder so many guests specifically commend Chef William for his exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences.

Great food. The raw oyster was the best. They have salmon sashimi as well. Some of the meat was kinda dry. But the desserts was really good, none of them was disappointing. They have a great selection of food, though their seafood selection is quite limited which is not really an issue if you like lobsters and oysters.
