Tried chicken rice for the first time at Chatterbox and it definitely lived up to the reputation. The chicken was tender and juicy, paired perfectly with fragrant rice and well-balanced sauces. We also tried their lobster laksa, which was a standout—rich, flavorful broth with very fresh lobster. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something indulgent. Service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Bala, who made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great dining experience and worth a visit.

Visited for lunch around 12. Booking in advance is highly recommended. Ordered Laksa and Singapore chicken rice. We told them that we are going to share, and they made Laksa into 2 portions, which was helpful! Both dishes tasted great. We also had Chendol, which was very new taste and flavour as a first visitor, but I liked it. Staff were nice and helpful, though since they were quite busy, we left out for some orders and check. Overall it was great experience though!

My family and I visited Chatterbox for a late lunch, and it was exactly what we needed after returning from our Hong Kong vacation. We were craving local favourites such as steamed chicken rice, satay chicken, curry chicken, and Seafood Hokkien Mee and Chatterbox did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the service crew. In particular, Manager Karen truly impressed us. She noticed that the table reserved for us felt a little tight and immediately offered to move us to a larger, more comfortable table. Her attentiveness and thoughtfulness made us feel very well taken care of. The food was, as always, delicious and consistent in its high quality and standard. Every dish was satisfying and perfectly hit the spot for our cravings. Just as I was about to settle the bill, Manager Karen surprised me by presenting a specially prepared birthday dessert. This complimentary and heartwarming gesture truly made my day. 🙆🏻‍♀️ A big thank you to Chatterbox for the wonderful meal and excellent hospitality. Great place to bring your overseas guests for an authentic experience of Singapore cuisine, all the local dishes in 1 place and in a comfortable setting. Food was overall all good, love the Char Kuey Teow and Satay. Service was excellent, all the staff are friendly and professional.

Basic chicken rice that wasn’t anything extraordinary that you can’t find at hawker stalls. Sweet and sour pork was not tasty and no pork and all fried stuff that didn’t even taste good. Bak Ku Teh overcooked and left there too long. Overall a waste of money and not worth going to
