I tried the egg bánh mì and coffee after reading many positive reviews, and both were excellent. The baguette was crisp, the ingredients were flavourful, and the egg coffee was delicious—even with less sugar. The quality of the food and drinks was impressive, especially given the very reasonable prices. One area that definitely needs to be improved is the staff attitude and seating arrangement. As there are only four seats available, it would be helpful to keep them accessible to customers during peak periods where possible. I noticed that some seats were reserved with staff belongings for use during meal breaks. While staff should certainly have an appropriate place to rest and eat, the eatery may wish to consider providing a separate chair or designated staff area. A more courteous explanation from the staff when I raised this concern would also have improved the overall experience.

So pleased to have chanced upon this authentic Vietnamese coffee and banh mi at the basement of Square 2. Take away place, just 4 bar chairs for a quick bite. Kaya butter toast set upgraded to egg coffee for $5+. Reasonable prices will make this place a repeated visit even just for coffee.

Chanced upon the is coffee place and drank their salted coffee for 2 consecutive days. Egg coffee is not bad in Singapore egg coffee scene but can’t match Hanoi famous egg coffee. Banh mi is great too; the bread is crispy with generous coriander. Only has 4 high seats available so either wait or take away.

Have been wanting to try their banh mi and coffee after seeing so much good reviews about it. Finally get to try their pork belly baguette and signature egg coffee. The baguette is crispy and ingredients were flavorful, is quite different from other places as they added shredded ‘mang guang’ inside. The egg coffee is good, with the cold foam on top. I would love to try their salted foam coffee next time :)

Innovative iced salt coffee with a cream foam (the baguette is a great find as well), priced at very reasonable prices. I believe this is yet another recommendation from the same friend that suggested the Yabu Soba place in Tokyo, Japan. A nice little package of surprises :)
