The owner was super nice and friendly. Telling us stories about how he made his own knife and used it to carve the tomahawk steak. The food was also delicious, the steak was made so beautifully you don’t need extra sauces to go with it. It is also a dog friendly restaurant, i brought my dog in and they will serve her a bowl of water. Needless to say, my family (including my doggo) was very happy with the experience!
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful lunch, kudos to chef for the nicely done steak, juicy and tasty. Highly recommended. Our furkid also had a wonderful meal. Nice indoor restaurant to enjoy our meal together with our dorgi especially when the weather is super hot now.
View on GoogleIt's been a long time since i ever left a review. Celebrate my Birthday with my group of friends today at Tomahawk. The table service was perfect, staff is very attentive & professional (Thank you!). The meats are the best i ever had and all of the side dishes are so delicious!
View on GoogleI recently chose Tomahawk Contemporary Steakhouse for an advanced birthday celebration for my daughter, who will be away sailing for an extended period of time. It was meant to be a meaningful evening, especially since we had a guest with us. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing, and frankly, rather embarrassing. To begin with, many dishes on the menu were unavailable, which already limited our choices and dampened the excitement of the occasion. We ordered the Galiciana Vintage Ribeye Tomahawk, expecting it to be the highlight of the dinner. Instead, it was largely a whole load of fats with very little actual meat. For a premium cut at that price point, the quality and trim were simply unacceptable. The sides were equally underwhelming. The US asparagus with scallops came with only one rather miserable scallop, which felt disproportionate and disappointing. The twice sautéed mushrooms were served in a very small portion as well — hardly sufficient for sharing at a steakhouse setting. Overall, the meal did not justify the pricing, and the entire experience fell short of what we had hoped for on such a special occasion. It was not worth the visit, and sadly, not somewhere I would return to.
View on GoogleIt wasn’t a pleasant experience at Tomahawk Steakhouse Novena today for Mother’s Day celebration with my family. We waited for more than 1 hour for the main courses to be served whereby we had already pre-ordered it before our arrival. The restaurant isn’t full house at all and I simply don’t understand why the food took more than an hour to be served, keeping my elderly parents & I waited since 7.15 pm to about 8.30pm. This is definitely one of the most disappointing restaurants I have experienced thus far. Most of the courses we had do not worth the price. This steak I ordered was very salty and it wasn’t cooked well. Lastly the google ratings were definitely overrated here. Aside from the above unpleasant experience I had, I would say that the service of the staffs are alright and polite.
