Had to wait about 30 minutes for a table at this Novena outlet on a Friday afternoon, which shows how popular it is with the office crowd. I ordered the spare ribs bak kut teh. The pork ribs were exceptionally tender, and the peppery broth was rich, robust, and full of flavour. The lunch set is value for money. The staff also refilled the soup frequently without hesitation, which was much appreciated. Service was prompt and friendly throughout the meal. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience, and I'll gladly be back again.

Always very pleasant experience dining at songfa. I quite prefer this outlet more than at Northpoint city heehee. Here more chill. And as usual we were very well taken care of.

I was quite disappointed with this visit. The soup tasted mostly salty and lacked the signature peppery depth that Song Fa is known for. It felt unbalanced and less aromatic than expected. The pork was tender, which was a positive point. However, the side dishes were underwhelming compared to what I remember from previous visits. Perhaps maintaining consistency across multiple outlets is challenging, but this experience did not reflect the standard I associate with the brand. I hope the quality can return to what made Song Fa stand out in the first place.

Had a craving for BKT today and had a quick fix at Song Fa. Love their soup! Also, they were pretty generous with their pork rib portion! Soup was also promptly refilled and staffs were all very friendly and attentive. Would come back for more!
