Ordered a Mala XXL set. Found that there was no mala powder inside Mala powder. And the chicken piece is only half size of the usual. Very bad.Totally not acceptable as the taste is blend. Disappointed I still give Service a 4 star as the poor guy is working alone. This issue is obviously company problem, not him. And the size of the chicken is also on the company QC I have proof of purchase and photo of chicken

Quick, simple, straightforward kiosk to getting some XXL Crispy Chicken, and to move on elsewhere. Don't expect anything more beyond it being just a kiosk though, no service, nothing. Located on the basement of Square 2, right by the Novena MRT exit. Right across from Don Don Donki.

This review has been edited because the customer service has written back to me with a transparent explanation of the different size portions. I ordered M size portion as in the photos and was pretty angry at how little they gave me. So here's the transparent portions according to their hq. For M size, it's 8 pieces (5-10cm), dry weight of 88g before frying. L size is double that. So the photo below shows an "acceptable" portion even though i was highly unsatisfied. I do still feel its not worth it, esp when the lady who ordered L got ~3 times more than what I was given, which was why i initially gave only 1 star. I would give 5 stars however, on their responsive customer service (email), and therefore it balanced out my review to 3 stars. In my own opinion, still not quite worth the money..but trying to provide a fair review for you to form your own opinion based on all the info provided.

Aunty at this outlet is long life standing. She’s like the mascot for Novena Shilin… On busy days, she tries her very best to make sure everyone gets their order right and shorten the waiting time. On days like this (slightly more time), she will take extra miles. I ordered 3 mee sua with different condiments and she helps me to label… thank you for making our first day of 2025 a happy happy one!

I went for a meal but ended with a big smile! I ordered the Mee Sua just to finish the day with a soup I wanted to try for a while but ended up very happy with the kindness and lovely service and happy of Ms. Chwee Hoon! You really made my day! See you next time 😊
