Scrumptious and yummy nasi lemak with a good amount of coconut milk in the rice, might be a little jelak at the end of the meal. Ikan billis were crunchy and fresh, chicken wings well marinated with turmeric, otah was fluffy and tender and sayur lodeh tasted good as well. Sambal is flavourful with the right notes, not too sweet but with a good mix of saltiness, umami and sweetness. Omelette is average and so is the satay, satay sauce didn’t have enough of the peanut flavour and was missing my favourite side of cucumbers. Points were also deducted for the fact that the whole family felt very thirsty after the meals as I don’t usually feel thirsty after a meal.

Great nasi lemak with plenty of add-ons to choose from. The one pictured was Set A with an extra ayam berempah. The chicken wing was surprisingly very crispy with a well-seasoned batter. The ayam berempah, however, didn’t quite hit the mark this round—it was the last piece on display towards the end of lunch, the skin had turned soggy and the meat was thicker than usual. Being cold didn’t help either. The achar was generally good, though a couple of pieces tasted like they might have started to turn. The real star was the sambal—seriously spicy and addictive. The sign saying you’ll “sweat a bit” is an understatement; expect runny nose and a stomach that might question your life choices after that kind of shiokness. The rice (white nasi lemak) was fragrant, even after being mixed with both gulai kuah and sambal. Will definitely keep coming back whenever the nasi lemak craving hits—but the ayam berempah will depend on how it looks on the day.

This place has a home cooked feel about it. The staff are friendly and understanding but not overly stiff. I ordered classic basic nasi lemak and chose my own sides. I feel that it may have been more economical to just purchase one of their sets. The beef rendang was soft and the sauce was nice. What I do appreciate is that it had less salt in all of their food. They make their own Chile which was not too spicy. I take one star off because 1 plate of food plus 1 drink set me back $10. I won't be able to afford to eat here that regularly.

Malaysia style Nasi Lemak where the sambal is sweet. Tried the beef rendang set. Traditional and authentic. Service was fast but did not manage to try the nasi Lemak goreng.

Recommended by friend working nearby as they are closing 😵‍💫 last day tomorrow 28 Nov. Glad that at least we got to try before they are gone 🙏🏻 The turmeric chicken wing was so crispy 😍 we all had set A with lime juice. Super satisfying (until forgot take pic)! 👍🏻🤩 Will definitely try the stall at Fusionpolis 😉
