My first time trying this spot despite walking around this spot so many times. The food definitely exceeded my expectations. Despite how often I have Korean food. This place was definitely superior based on the ambience and hospitality of the staff already. The food was worth every penny and more!

Visited Nanta BBQ at Novena for lunch and the place was bustling with diners, which is always a good sign. Despite the crowd, service was prompt and our food arrived without much waiting. We ordered the oxtail soup, beef bulgogi, and chicken cutlet with egg tartar sauce. While waiting, we enjoyed the complimentary free-flow side dishes, which were a nice touch. The food was amazing — flavourful, well-seasoned, and packed with taste. The oxtail soup was comforting, the beef bulgogi was tender and delicious, and the crispy chicken cutlet paired perfectly with the creamy egg tartar sauce. Great food, efficient service, and excellent value. Definitely a place worth returning to for a satisfying Korean meal!

The food is really good. We ordered a la carte due to being a party of 3. But the 2 minimum order portions was good enough. Theres a small bowl of miso Kim chi soup on the bbq grill, with onions, kimchi, leek. Which was already a good spread of sides. The free flow banchan is ok. But there's hot banchan also. So i would say quite a balanced mix. We had the teokbokki which was also legit and the LA galbi which was also very flavourful too. The owner is also korean and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be back again if bigger party of people. There is a free ice cream with review as well 😋

The food is exceptionally good. Ordered the black pork and wagyu set for 3 to 4 pax during lunch and we were given two free side dishes. The seafood pancake is absolutely delicious. Service is attentive 👍🏻

I had a really satisfying Korean BBQ meal at Nanta BBQ — the meat was juicy, and well marinated, and the banchan gave the whole table a good variety of flavours to mix things up. Their BBQ sets and dishes seem to sit in the mid-range for Singapore, with items like BBQ set meals around the low $20s and larger premium options going much higher, so it’s not the cheapest spot, but it does feel like a proper Korean feast. The refillable greens and kimchi and noodles side dishes were great and I refilled many times on my own. They almost stole the limelight for me. The atmosphere felt casual and comfortable for a relaxed meal with friends. I’d come back when I’m in the mood for hearty Korean food that’s filling, fun to share, and worth the splurge.
