The masterpiece of Lechon or Roasted Pork, it's reddish-brown crispy skin and tender juicy meat is served all throughout the world. The Philippines - however, holds the distinction of having the best in the world, and American Chef Anthony Bourdain seem to agree.

My husband and I finally got to try their chopped lechon meal! We were lucky this time because it was sold out during our last visit. It was honestly one of the best lechon meals we’ve had in a long time. The flavor was amazing, and the skin was perfectly crispy and crunchy. We also ordered the lechon paksiw meal. I had to get it because my mom tried it before when I brought her here, and I remembered how much I loved it. The sauce was perfect and captured the authentic lechon paksiw flavor. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. You must also try their pancit bihon—it was delicious! Everything we ordered was worth trying. I can’t wait to come back and explore more items from their menu. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Second time here because the first time when we came the Lechon was sold out! So this time round I ordered to pick up and dine in by ordering other dishes too! And as expected, all their dishes were just amazing! On the saltier side of course but I guess that’s just how the food is like~ This time round we had Sizzling Bopis set and Lechon Sisig set that comes with a rice and drink each! Taste never disappoints and portion was good enough too! The half kilo Lechon was just nice for 2 pax to share along with other mains as well~ very worth and satisfying meal💯😋 *For ladies, be prepared that the place will stink up your hair with all the sizzles and food~

I have had this place saved for ages, but didn't come down to try because it's quite far from where I stay. Finally decided to try after watching a YouTube video that featured the place. We ordered half kg of the lechon, got the ala carte lechon sisig and rice. The lechon skin was indeed very crispy when it was served, and I highly recommend to try it quickly. The sisig was also nice, and I think the sourness in the dish kept drawing me back. This portion that we ordered is a bit too much for 2 pax, so I encourage getting more people along to try. It's a pity they don't take credit cards though, and I think it is tough on the staff to repeat to every customer "Cash or Paynow".

The Chopped Lechon here is a masterclass in Filipino roasting. The star of the plate is undoubtedly the skin. It has a glass-like crackle that shatters with every bite, yet the meat underneath remains incredibly succulent and moist. Unlike some roasts that can get dry, this lechon is slow-cooked to perfection, preserving the natural juices of the pork belly. It’s served with a mound of fluffy white rice and a side of pickles, which provides a necessary acidic crunch to cut through the richness of the pork. The signature sauce is thick, savory, and slightly sweet, the ultimate companion for the salty, crispy skin😍

Had the lechon set for 1 person and the mango salad with shrimp paste. The former was one of the better ones in sg with a good chunk of juicy meat (not dried out and stringey) and crispy pork skin. Wished the portions were bigger as they were very generous with the rice. The mango salad with shrimp paste was an acquired taste as it's simply sliced green mango, tomatoes and onions with a dollop of very salty but fragrant shrimp paste. Might be useful to add descriptions to dishes on the menu so non-natives can be introduced to amazing Philippines cuisine and get an idea of what they're ordering. Queue management could also improve although I understand it's a lean team.
