Worst service ever have from the China lady. Ordered chicken sandwich set with local coffee. Collect my $. And saw her just turn on the sandwich maker. She said have to wait. I asked her how long. She said will ring a (small) bell from the counter. She said can hear. I asked again, she cannot tell me the estimated time. Omg! The place is quite big with sounds of cooking and electronic music playing and there is an extension area. I have to sit nearby to monitor. It is not even peak. 3 pm plus. Turn out the sandwich looks burnt! No more next time. Worst review I ever gave.

This coffee shop at Jalan Tenteram, serves good Tzi Ca food. They are well seasoned and beautifully served. We brought our American friends for dinner and they sing high praises of the food. Quite reasonably priced. But it’s not air conditioned. Ambience is good; not so noisy. They serve beer too. 😋Try this eating place.

Very bad experience. Ordered 2 cups of coffee at the price of $2.50/-. Placed a $10/- note on the counter of coffee stall and to get a 50cents coin from my pocket. Stall assistant collected the $10/- before I could placed the 50cents coin on the counter. Then he collected the 50cents coin. I asked for the change but was told he forgot already whether he did collected the $10/- note. So it costs me $10.50 for 2 cups of coffee. **** Thanks for your prompt response. Date / Time of incident: 5 June 2026 / around 1.40pm

To owner of drinks stall: Since there is no queue system set up at the drinks store. Especially to the skinny uncle with glasses to open your eyes to see who are queueing and who are not. Do Not turn a blind eye and not noticing there are kids who are queueing behind adults and start to serve those who are clearly NOT in the self organised queue at your stall. Kids and adults should be treated equally when they are there to buy from your drinks store!! Additionally, if you feel you are not in correct frame of mind to serve, then don't serve. Kids do not deserve your moody face!

The noodle stall serves nice Bak Chor Mee. Ordered their signature Black Pepper Mee Pok and it was an interesting experience. It comes with a nice soft boiled egg and a huge Ngoh Huang which made the dish really filling. Personally, I still prefer their conventional Mee Pok and will only try the Black Pepper variation if I am feeling adventurous.
