Ordered chicken breast + extra meat + bean curd. Total $6.80, very generous portion. Taste wise I would say ok lah. Can pay using CDC.

Initially, I wanted to try something else, but the stall wasn't operating today. Walked around and settled for this stall selling chicken rice instead. There was a short queue while I was there, but it moved pretty fast. They sells both the roasted and steamed chicken and prices started from SGD3.5 onwards. I ordered the SGD4.5 portion. Portion of the meat was quite generous. The rice was fragrant and wasn't oily. The breast meat wasn't dry and quite tender. Overall,it was a pretty good plate of chicken rice that i wouldn't mind eating again if I happen to be around.

I have mixed feelings on their Hainanese Chicken Rice. No doubt they're the most famous Chicken Rice shop in that Hawker area. I'm excited to try their Chicken Rice. The Good: Their Chili Sauce and Ginger Sauce are superb, among the best I've tried in Singapore. I'm really amazed by their sauce The Bad: However, when it comes to rice, it's almost tasteless. I can't taste any chicken in it, it's close to white rice. To me, one of the most crucial things in Chicken Rice is the rice. The Passable: Steamed Chicken and Liver are decent, but the soy sauce needs to have more sesame oil in it. Lastly, the price is also affordable.

The chicken meat is juicy and tender, u can see the jelly between the skin and meat. It's a very traditional style of cooking Hananese chicken rice. The rice not so as good but has its own taste. The soup is nice if u like ginger. Chili not that superb. Overall I would say you should try out this stall if you like chicken rice.

Ate set meal of roasted chicken include vegetables. As being hainanese to order, stall holder themselves do not even know basic hainanese. So shameful 😏 Basic taste onto the chilli, ginger, rice. Only the chilli & ginger are good with sesame oil input. Rice not as fragrant & oily as it suppose to be. Chicken meat is not soft enough. So i grade only 3/5
