I was surprised by how light and flavourful the vadai was despite it being at room temperature. Ordered the prawn and ikan bilis ($1.30 each) and both had substantial ingredients. The servers didn't look very enthusiastic to serve us though...looked so reluctant. Almost ..just as good as Original Vadai.

It was one of the best vadai, when I first tried it. A guy made them, maybe the boss was there. Subsequently, server was a young girl. Pls help. She Really needs more training. The shapes are bad when it’s her at the stall. They are Edible but really not as good as the guy.
