An interesting fact about this place is that its 24 HOURS! So if you are hungry at night be sure to check it out cause the food is amazing! I tried one of the stall, Mega Fishball Noodle and wow I was so surprised by its quality. The Minced Meat noodle, dry with chilli was so good. Noodles was springy and the sauce was so good though abit oily. I would request for lesser oil and add more noodles. Kudos to a good surprising find hehe
View on GoogleVery poor experience. I ordered watermelon juice, but it tasted completely different and mostly like orange juice. This makes me question whether the juicer was properly cleaned. When I informed the staff, they dismissed my concern and did not offer any explanation, apology, or replacement. Customer service was disappointing. Please avoid ordering Fruit juice here unless you are willing to take the risk.
View on GoogleI’ve visited Mega Food Court on Balestier Road three times now, and I always go for the “Cze Char,” which literally means “Wok Hei.” It’s great because you can pretty much have any dish from the menu, with the flexibility to adapt based on the ingredients they have on hand. However, I’ve found the cooking to be a bit inconsistent across my visits — only one time did it really exceed my expectations. In terms of pricing, I’d say it’s slightly higher than other Cze Char spots, considering the overall standard.
View on GoogleThe chilli ban mian is so nicely plated. Love the sauce chosen, it's a good balance of ikan bilis sweetness and mild spiciness of balacan. I thought the stallholder is polite and takes pride in his work. I usually see Chinese or Vietnamese cooking chilli ban mian. This is my first encounter with an Indian man making chilli ban mian. I like this little corner in Balestier.
View on GoogleI live nearby so it's a food court frequented by me. I normally eat the prawn noodles, fishball noodles, Thai food and mixed veg rice. There are other stalls like Western food and Tze Char which I don't eat so much. I like the noodles especially the prawn noodles as its got umami, nice lard croutons, and solid prawn chilli powder. The Thai food was also very delicious. The mixed veg stall has got some special curry sauce unlike others. Very tasty!!!
