Amazing buffet! location at Holiday Inn hotel level 2. There are many options about Chinese, western, Japan, and Nanyang style food! I love kwei zham 粿汁, Laska, Sushi, vegetables and Mee goreng! Spicy but love it! They have chicken rice, dessert, fruit and waffles~ please make a booking before you come, afternoon period will be your first choice, if dinner buffet should be full, $38 per person, it's really worth it! Best services also~
View on GoogleLotus is one of my very first Chinese vegetarian cuisine restaurants that I visited since embracing vegetarianism more than two decades ago. Started fr Balestier, then Chinatown, then Novena and back to Balestier. Be it the buffet or ala carte, the team has maintained consistency in terms of food quality, taste and presentation. I also enjoy watching Lotus reels in social media platforms. The reels often bring upon a smile after a busy day at work. On Thursday 30/7 had a good meal with family and we were already looking forward to another meal soon. Thank you for the great teamwork
View on GoogleWe were recommended to “LOTUS,” a vegetarian restaurant, by the Holiday Inn front desk. Usually, I am not keen on vegetarian food because of the amount of flour used in the dishes. However, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, it has the standards of fine dining. They use a lot of whole ingredients to create their dishes, and the taste was incredibly delicious. They offer a buffet on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We decided to try the buffet. The food was good, but the choices were not quite as good as the à la carte menu, and much better than a typical buffet. The price was very reasonable—less than $50 per person. It has a good spread. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleLast night, my brother’s family and I gathered for an unforgettable vegetarian feast . The star dishes—vegetarian lychee prawn and creamy curry “chicken”—were so incredibly flavorful and realistic, we had to double-check they were plant-based! The lychee added a juicy sweetness that paired perfectly with the prawn texture, while the curry was rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. We ended the meal with a decadent dessert that brought smiles all around. It was a joyful, laughter-filled evening of great company.
View on GoogleI’ve been coming to this vegetarian restaurant regularly (almost once a week) with my family, and it never disappoints us. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Every meal feels thoughtfully made, using quality ingredients that really shine. The staff and the Supervisor (Ms Siew Li) are consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The restaurant has a clean, comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect whether you’re dining alone or with family and friends. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such consistent quality, both in the food and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian cuisine. It’s become one of my favorite places! 🤤🤤🥂
