Not a fan of tau sar piah but this brand totally a different story. Very special and tasty for both sweet and salty. Strongly recommend salty flavour. Definitely not those usual salty tau sar piah that I have eaten before. Everything freshly baked. Will suggest to order online for collection. Can also walk in to order but be prepared to wait at least an hour but surely worth the wait. Nostalgic and old school feel bakery. With some seats around for waiting and also Open concept of the kitchen, entire place just very clean.
View on GoogleOne of the best tau sar piah in Singapore! Taste delicious and the price of $1.30 for 1 pc is still reasonable. However the wait time on Saturday is crazy long. Went at 1pm, was told that it will take an hour. Came back at 2pm and waited in the store until 3pm for my order to be ready. Note to owner: Please do consider opening on Sun and resting on Mon instead!
View on Google28/1/26, consider a very famous Tau Sar shop in the ‘60 till now. Today make an effort to come here for coffee and buy some TS sweet & salty. Try out 2 sweet one and how to put it .. great taste. Can said the best of all. They fresh as they are bake here at the shop. If drive just turn in before the row of shop houses , they r at the first shop. See the SG sweep just one more step. Highly recommended. 19/3, buy 3/3. 29/7 buy 5/5
View on GoogleThe skin was crispy when eating the freshly baked piece. The fillings was a bit sweet to me. Too bad this is not the kind of TSP that I really like. There are some other TSP suits my palette more out there.
View on GoogleHave to queueand sometimes a long wait. So, it is advisable to preorder online 1 day in advance. On weekends, it would be difficult for you to walk in to buy unless you are very lucky. 2 types of Tau Sar Piah to choose, Sweet or Salty. I bought 10 pcs, 5 sweetand 5 salty. Love the taste. For me, it taste especially good with black coffee. Enjoyed it for breakfast or tea time.
