Usually come here for breakfast or lunch if I have medical appointment at mount Elizabeth novena. The food is ok. My favourite is the chocolate egg tart. Tried the truffle chicken bowl which was drenched with truffle mayo and probably very unhealthy. Taste is ok.

I went to this place after I took my blood test and collect my medicine with hubby. Our family favorite from this place was chicken pie. Everyone love it! But today, hubby took big breakfast which delicious for him. Meanwhile I took chicken pie as usual & their new launched product, chicken ham quiche tart, which in my opinion & taste is not suitable. For me, too sweet. I do prefer their chocolate tart. I love their kopi o kosong but for kopi, its ordinary. The service of staffs in this branch were superb, fast, friendly & patience with me. The atmosphere was OK, nothing particular. It's self service, including return your tray.

Only food outlet in Novena Hospital on the first floor. Aram Masak Merah is average and too salty for my taste. Protein Bowl is not bad.

Came in to get a quick bite after my health screening. Food is the usual fair, nothing to shout about. The super large cup of iced teh is probably the only amusement. Staff are rude, from cashier to person making drinks.

It's AMAZING that the LOUD AND RUDE UNCLE is still LOUD AND RUDE there, despite all the negative reviews of him. This is a hospital where folks who go to this K&T are either unwell or with unwell folks, and would certainly appreciate a serene ambience. Very much doubt others would come all the way to this K&T just to eat or buy from here. And what's the point of providing reviews if nothing is happening. Folks still need to go to this K&T, unless they go to Starbucks. So, perhaps 1) The LOUD AND RUDE UNCLE is the BOSS, so he darn care. 2) The LOUD AND RUDE UNCLE is SICK and cannot control himself. 3) other reasons PERHAPS the hospital should step in then??? The hospital takes pains to create a beautiful ambience in the waiting or resting area with a live pianist, but unable to do anything about the LOUD AND RUDE UNCLE? If he is SICK, then all the more for this hospital's DOCTORS, COUNSELORS, SOCIAL WORKERS, ETC to help him??? Looking forward to seeing this LOUD AND RUDE UNCLE change for the better, or perhaps replaced by a better one. He perhaps can go to another K&T where the customers there requires his LOUD AND RUDE service.
