I found a hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable. Please give me an explanation. The photo clearly shows the hair, so I don’t understand why there is any doubt. I expect a proper explanation and an appropriate resolution, including a full refund or fair compensation.

Went down to the shop, bought 2 baked(rice/lasagna) sets and 2 Pizza around 12am. I was told that the waiting time would be 20mins and so i went to the nearby coffee shop (Fayidha) to have a cup of tea and wait. After collecting the food and bringing it home. I realised that all the food that i paid for, was cold. The pizza was cold, the onion rings were cold and the baked sets were mushy and uncooked. Really disappointed in the service of the food preparation. Especially more so when i went personally down to buy the food.

Bought 2 pizza to my beloved son. Beef pepperoni and Super cheese. Taste is fantastic and my beloved son love it. I when to the shop at Kim Keat road and Mr. Irfan assist me well. Thank you to Mr. Irfan for his excellent customer service.
