A veteran of the Long House days, this modern stall keeps the focus firmly on chicken. The poached white chicken comes with flavoured rice, chicken broth, dark soy, and a minced chilli-and-garlic dip, while a side of stir-fried leafy greens completes the meal. The chicken is light, delicate, tender and juicy, exactly as it should be. Both sauces meet a traditional standard, although the rice lacks the desired smoothness. The wider menu includes roast chicken, braised eggs, gizzards and chicken feet, with crispy pork belly making an unexpected appearance. The Ipoh-style stir-fried bean sprouts, one of the stall’s noted side dishes, are also worth considering. Self-service cutlery and condiments on the steel counter complete a straightforward, well-organised setup.

SGD 6,80 -Good chicken rice, but pricey but hey everything is nowadays. Staff could be a bit nicer but hey its standard in SG. Rice was not too fragrant but decent. Chicken was bomb. veggies were nuclear bomb and so good. Solid expérience i will patronize again

Stumbled across this chicken rice and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered steamed chicken + liver cost $5.80. The portion size was just nice. Chicken was moist. Rice fragrant. Chili spicy. Also surprised to see peanut soup. Really decent meal, that I forgot to take a photo.

Consistency of the Chicken rice is good. The white chicken has this gelatin under the skin which is Gold standard👍🏻👍🏻 Rice fluffy and serve hot. For the price no fight👍🏻 Chilli and ginger sauce was good too

I like the chicken rice flavour but the service standard is absolutely terrible. The moment I see the aunty I’ll walk away. Not going to spoil my day when she’s around handling orders.
