The soup base was diluted. The prawn paste was good. The chicken meat was not that good. We returned the Japanese yam as it didn’t look good. The interiors are fine. The music was very apt for the cuisine. The service was standard. I expect the chef to not serve us the yam that was visibly not looking good. I liked the containers in which the food were served. Pretty cool. 20% discount for lunch. Food quality needs to be improved.

Came here during the mother day weekend for dinner with a friend because we wanted to eat hotpot and most of the places were already fully booked. Still managed to book a table for two at this hotpot restaurant. There are a few soup bases to choose from so we ordered one spicy one non-spicy soup. I like the part that the meat served here were tender and fresh as well. Really satisfiying meal and in the end ordered another two plates of pork meat before ending our hotpot meal.

Ordered at 10.10pm and was only served at 10.35pm. SERIOUSLY?? HAVE TO WAIT 25MINS FOR RAW FOOD. WE WAITED 25MINS FOR OUR RAWWW MEAT. We were only served AFTER when we asked about the dishes and told them we were only going to pay for the beer and going to leave THEN they apologised and said they will get it prepared for us. As compensation they gave us 20% off dinner and gave us a bottle of free beer. Utterly disappointing and extremely upsetting dinning experience. POOR SYSTEMS IN PLACED - clearly no one serving customer who walk in for a table. (Attached picture) Food was ok 8/10, cannot go wrong with hotpot however soup was bland. The condiments area were not replenished and super messy. Did not like the fact that all the utensils were oily and table too. Service is really upsetting - a friend of ours came in later how funny that the staff only asked if he needed a set of utensils 30mins when he’s already sat in. Dining experience would definitely been better if there was better service. They are not short staffed just really slow.

A very pleasant hotpot experience. The soups were tasty and truly delicious, especially the spicy and tomato options. The food combinations were excellent, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The quiet ambiance makes it a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our experience here :) Ingredients were fresh and especially love the mala soup which really has a kick! Service was great, staff looked out for us and our baby, allowing us to have a relaxing time. Ambience was great too - liked the outdoor dining area which was quite nice in the evening.
