We have a very short stay in Singapore this time, and this is the first time my 12 years old boy visiting Singapore. Alice of TSI Travel was so helpful that in only 4 hours time she managed to arrange a half day private tour for 2 of us. Everything was well arranged and prepared. The clean and comfortable car, the nice driver and specially thanks to our tour guide Ms. Milo Ma. Milo is a kind hearted lady, and very knowledgeable not only to Singapore's history but also to everything about Singapore like culture, religions and the yummy food. We have a wonderful and enjoyable time with Milo. The ride was comfortable and my boy already asked to plan for our next visit to Singapore and definitely TSI Travel will be our priority choice and also Milo, can't go anywhere without her. Thanks Alice and Milo to let us have such memorable and happy time in Singapore. Thanks

We have a group of 20 friends planning to have a 1-day tour in Singapore after the cruise trip. I happened to find TSI Travel online. Alice was very easy to work with. She helped us make the itinerary and the cost was very reasonable. Our guide Ray was professional and friendly. He took us to many places and explained patiently and details. Everyone was very happy with his service. Strongly recommend TSI Travel.

TSI is a very professional tourism service provider. They understand what we wants and needs and provide the best planning for our tour. The tour guide from TSI Mavis is very helpful and thoughtful, she gave us a wonderful tour in Singapore and we felt her passion and caring. TSI will be my choice in my next Singapore trip for sure.

Highly recommended. It’s a very professional travel agency. We had great experience to Desaru and Legoland. Alice arranges everything that fits you need. We will definitely engage this agency again for our next trip.

Very shocked by how unprofessional they are. I highly doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews here now. My colleague tried to contact them through their listed phone number as we are planning a business trip, but they blocked him without replying. I understand if they don't provide the services we are seeking, but the way they handled this was very rude. We will be proceeding with another travel agency instead.
