The dry duck noodles here features noodles tossed in a signature dark sauce that is savory, slightly herbal, and has that deep, soulful umami that only comes from a recipe passed down through generations. The duck is sliced thin, perfectly poached, and soaks up that braise like a sponge. I’ve posted more photos and some tips on visiting this stall on my Instagram @iamgettingfat. Do check it out :)
View on GoogleThis is the best duck noodles in Singapore. Patronised for 30 over years. Price reasonable and good service!
View on GoogleRandomly walk around this food court and shaw this under michelin. Order duck + pork + egg total damage $12. The sauce nice, got herbs taste little sweet and sour all this combination ( to me ) good. But not for the pork, the skin to hard and chewy no crunchy sounds when bite. For the duck its normal nothing special but the egg soft and bouncy. Overall so so only dont know how they get michelin. No harm to try, to avoid the q come before lunch time
View on Googlethe soup is very nice herbal based not the usual. Taste almost like bakuteh. The rice also fragrant chicken oil rice, not plane white rice. There is no queue when here on Monday evening for dinner . $5 for a plate.
View on GoogleThis is one of the best duck noodle in SG but wonder why the rating is less than 4 stars. Reasonable price, tasty and the soup is the best.
