In loving memory of the old uncle and his wife that ran this store until he passed away recently. This was the hokkien mee i grew up on. It’s dry and the wok hei is intense. It paired so well with a cold coca cola. It never had a queue but uncle was always happy to make an extra-large portion for me and my dad. The stall is now permanently closed. Rest In Peace uncle.
