The BEST BBQ grilled seafood stall I’ve ever tried! We ordered the stingray (with sambal on the side), squid, and kai lan. As you can see from the photos, every dish was perfectly cooked and made with very fresh ingredients. The lady who took our order was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you!!! This stall truly deserves more positive reviews! Will definitely come back again for their other options! :)

We had a wonderful dinner here. The prawns were superb, the fried rice was nice ... The boss is a nice friendly chap and the assistants were helpful in answering our queries. Shall be back for more ....

<3 it! The chilli crab is fantastic. We visited Newton Food Centre and there Hai Yan after a recommendation from a Singaporean who heard that we were looking for the dish. We were in Singapore few years earlier so we knew where to go, but we decided to test here and we are so happy we have changed our plans. The owner is very helpful and attentive. She answered all our foreigners' questions patiently and prepared a truly delicious crab, time to time looking after us if we need anything (e.g. more napkins ;P) For a crab, two rounds of buns (24 pcs.), and three green stir fried sides we paid $118. A fair price. Well deserved 5 stars!

Bbq Stingray and baby kailan were fresh and tasted exceptionally well. Also had satays from next door . They were also very good especially the satay sauce. The Lady serving us from Hai yan food stall was lovely helpful and friendly! Will definitely return and recommend. Sobrang Masarap !!
