CHILLI CRAB AT ONLY 50SGD Michelin Restaurant at Newton Centre. We tried their chilli crab with buns and Fish fry.. Fish was the best and chilli crab gravy was bit heavy although when you pair it with the buns it’s an ultimate combo. Buns is must try. Crispy outer and soft inside. The person who is billing is very kind and gentle.

Dropped by this Michelin-rated hawker stall and it was a really good experience! We ordered a few dishes like sambal stingray, chilli crab and kangkong, and nothing disappointed. Stingray was fresh, nicely cooked and the sambal was damn good. Chilli crab was rich and tasty, especially when paired with mantou. Also want to mention the stall owner and staff, they are very friendly and professional! Solid food + great service. Would come back again, definitely recommend trying 👍

100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone. Worst service we've had in Singapore. The BBQ sambal stingray isn't even THAT good... If I could give zero stars for service, I would. We ordered the BBQ Sambal Stingray and paid for it on the spot. They didnt give us a queue number. After 30 minutes we came back because they still haven't served out stingray. They said to us in distress to stop coming back as they will serve it. It took another 40 minutes and they still haven't served it. We went back to them and they asked for a number this time (which they forgot to give us). This time we insisted on staying beside the cook so we could finally get our BBQ sambal stingray. The staff were very unpleasant and disrespectful to talk to. They do not deserve any Michelin recognition. Absolutely horrible service. Overall waiting time was over an hour just for a BBQ Sambal Stingray that wasn't even that good. The stingray meat felt like crab meat texture but the sambal sauce they put was outright spicy and not savoury.

I only order 2 dish from here, cos there too many food spoilt for choices at newton food centre. The kai lan is nice with its sauce. The sauce somehow taste like abalone sauce. Its good. The stingray meat is thick and nice. Very flavourful.

Alliance Seafood's chilli crab lives up to its expectations. The crab was incredibly fresh and meaty, coated in arich and thick suace. The gravy was damn good. It's no surprise that this stall is michelin-rated. The quality, flavour and execution clearly reflects that level of recognition. A must-try for anyone visiting newton hawker centre.
