Good atmosphere, specialty in a cold and windy night in Singapore . A nice and quiet place where one can have a decent conversation with friends and enjoy a nice drink and good selection of wine. My mistake was go there hungry and think that the food would match the quality of the place. The artichokes, biter, looked like they had just been opened from the can. The menu said "marinated in olive oil" but I didn't taste or see any trace of olive oil in the dish. Croquetas really average. The meat, not seasoned properly, did not cook properly. Go there for a drink no for food.

View on GoogleOverall, the atmosphere is pleasant for enjoying Emerald Hill. The prices are quite high, but acceptable. The female staff member from Thailand was very friendly—management should give her more appreciation. However, the female staff at the bar (if I'm not mistaken, she is Filipino) should be trained better, especially in using a more polite tone when speaking to customers. I was clearly about to sit and dine there, and happened to be carrying a DSLR camera. She immediately shouted at me not to take photos, with gestures that felt like I was being kicked out. Fortunately, a local male staff member explained that guests are free to take photos and videos, as long as it's for personal purposes. I hope the management team pays attention to this and trains staff to speak politely and use respectful gestures toward people who bring value to your business.
View on GoogleCheck out their Happy Hour as the drinks is kind of bargain. Great selection of drinks to choose from however I strongly recommend their customise Gin where you can choose Fever Tree mixer and wide range of ganish “if you like Gin” As for food please look for Ms FeiFei as there are a lot of hidden food which not be found in their menu. With out total surprised their homemade fishball, oyster omelette (a little expensive ) but it’s one of the best you can find in Singapore, Beef Steak cook to perfection ( easily win those 5 stars beef house ), Garlic prawn and sooooo much more.
