Haven't been here for a while. It has always been one of my favorite hunt, away from the buzz. Surprised that the food portion has shrunk significantly. The matcha latte was luke warm， the cup was slightly bigger than an espresso cup. 3 mouths probably. The chocolate lava shrunk by half, though the price has gone up by 40%? The ice cream, not premium grade, regular vanilla was just, half a scoop. Rather disappointing really. I don't mind paying more for decent size food and not samplers.

Wonderful and cosy cafe with nice drinks and food. Excellent and warm service from MS Carine, who helped me redeem my birthday cake. A friendly gesture that truly touched me. On my return visit, she was still able to recognise us. Her service level is the best and truly heart warming.

Clean, brightly lit restaurant with attentive service, serving decent food at reasonable prices along Orchard Road. After a long, hot walk outdoors, I started with the avocado smoothie with gula melaka, which was served quickly in a tall glass and was deliciously refreshing. To makan, we went with the cauliflower popcorn, small battered florets that arrived within five minutes. They were nice and crunchy and served with an orange dipping sauce. For mains, we ordered the cordon bleu and poulet dishes. The former arrived piping hot in a very generous portion. It was crispy on the outside, and fresh and tender inside. My half poulet, their specialty, looked like a miniature chicken and prompted a small chuckle, but what it lacked in size was more than made up for in juiciness and flavour. It was accompanied by lightly creamy barley with vegetables. I'd recommend all dishes and the smoothie. No faults whatsoever. Overall, this TCC branch is a reliable place to makan, with good chefs turning out dishes quickly and staff who are extremely attentive and polite. If you feel like staying out past 10pm, you can hop over to the roadside TCC next door, which remains open until 3am for late-night dining.

6/1/2026 we had our dinner at TCC Isetan Scotts After my dinner, I was looking at the cakes when Caren, the young lady, came over and introduced some cakes to me. I asked if she could write a message on the cake for me, and she happily agreed. I requested "Happy Anniversary" for my beautiful cake, and it was her first time writing on the plate. She did such a lovely job – it looked so pretty! Throughout my visit, I noticed how hardworking Caren was. She was constantly cleaning, sweeping, and serving with a smile. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience even more special. Thank you, Caren, for making my anniversary celebration so memorable!

One of the staff called Carrine was very thoughtful, attentive and patient towards elderly customers. An elderly couple who were dining with 2 helpers… she patiently helped them sign up their membership, took their orders and ensure the food and drinks were served in the sequence thru wanted. Hope staff like her are greatly valued by your company and they help bring repeated customers. I’m very impressed by her patience, kindness and service and will definitely visit this outlet again in future myself as well as with my parents.
