Such a lovely place for brunch! I really liked their hybrid style where you choose your main course to be served to you, but they still have an excellent buffet spread. The food quality was definitely impressive. The only downside was the service for the drinks. We opted for the free-flow package, but our first round took at least 15 minutes to arrive - even though we already had our appetizers. We also had to keep following up for the next rounds. Other than that, the place is gorgeous and perfect for a nice brunch date. The staff were very nice, especially Jai! Plus, the pricing is pretty reasonable and not as pricey compared to other hotel brunches.
View on GoogleFood was amazing. I don’t know what you do with the steaks, but they were so melt in your mouth. Service was excellent too especially Vincent and Eric making sure that our lunch was going well. The dessert was on point. It was super delicious. We definitely come back to try more food.
View on GoogleWe had the Western family style dinner. The avocado salad came with some interesting crispy thingies and micro greens, tart but in a good way, refreshing too. Pinsa romana was missing the arugula but more than made up for in flavor. The EVOO offered by Farhan made it even better. The lobster bisque risotto was rich but the tiger prawns could’ve been a little fresher, a minor nit. Next was the charcoal grilled wagyu strip loin that came medium rare as ordered. Refined and melt in your mouth. The truffle fries were battered and very challenging not to keep popping them into mouth. The accompanying salad provided a gratuitous dietary counter balance and necessary acid. The tiramisu did not come in a cup or bowl, instead it was encapsulated in a chocolate shell. Nicely done, and sharing portioned. So. Very good food, very good quality, generously sized, and a very well put together menu by Chef Valerio. There was a major accommodation made by Farhan our waiter (and Cho) that resulted in our evening being that much more enjoyable. While experiences at Four Seasons can sometimes miss (looking at you FS KL) albeit rarely, dinner last night was not one of those times. Instead, not only everything went right but also beyond. We’ve been patrons for more than 15 years and will most likely be for longer. This is our first, and long overdue, review.
View on GoogleI wen’t for their Nordic Afternoon Tea here. And as a Swede I’m pretty hard to impress, but they did! Princess cake to my liking, savoury treats like Toast Skagen, herring etc. Cardamom roll, biskvi and other Nordic classics just how I like them. With a Swedish chef this is one for you who want to try out some good pastry. Still haven’t eaten here so I can’t tell you anything about that.
View on GoogleRaymond who attended to us was very attentive and came over to check on us multiple times. We got the lunch menu. Recommend the chilli crab bun, beef steak and the Kaya dessert. We tried the laksa sampling menu but my Singaporean taste buds still prefer the restaurant’s signature laksa hahaha. Very grateful towards four seasons hotel, thanks Yenny, Eng Eng, Jonathon and even Peter for checking in. 🙏
